Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

I called a few times to inquire about early check-in and the shuttle services and the receptionist on the phone was very condescending. We also were unable to hold our bags at the hotel after check-out so we had to go to the airport and basically wait there all day. We were able to do it Friday before check-in with no issues, so this was clearly lack of effort on behalf of the staff. The lobby is also under renovations and looks kind of rough. The shuttle services were great and so were the breakfast options. The room was very clean and had everything needed, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Comfortable bed, cozy room, quiet. The hot tub and pool was clean and just the right temperature. Friendly staff.
