Room wasn't cleaned when we arrived checked in and came back 3 hours later room still wasnt cleaned. Had to give us a different room and that one wasnt what we had booked. The property is dirty and lots of police and people just roaming around

WoodSpring Suites Corporate Complaint Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Corporate Review – Guest Treatment, "Do Not Rent" Designation, Refusal to Identify Staff, and Lack of Communication To WoodSpring Suites Corporate Guest Relations: I am writing to formally request corporate review of my experience regarding the manner in which I was treated during a temporary financial hardship, my subsequent placement on a "Do Not Rent" list, and the refusal of hotel staff to identify themselves when I requested their names for purposes of filing this complaint. Prior to these events, I had been a paying guest at your hotel for more than two weeks, spending well over one thousand dollars during my stay. During that time, I caused no disturbances, violated no hotel policies to my knowledge, and had every intention of continuing as a paying guest. My temporary financial hardship arose after Progressive Insurance withdrew funds from my bank account during an ongoing insurance dispute. The delay in returning those funds caused my account to become overdrawn while I waited for the matter to be resolved. I communicated this situation honestly and openly to your staff because I believed transparency was the appropriate course. On Friday evening, July 31, 2026, I spoke with a front desk associate and explained my circumstances. Booked for a night and it showed four rooms available. When I go in yo check in there is no staff. Instead there only was an after hours phone. When I used the phone for checking in they tell me they're fully booked. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. No one answers the phone as well. I had to get my bank involved for this theft. Hotels app were not helpful either.

Dont stay at this property. People seem to live here full time in a lot of tbe rooms, smelled like weed on arriving, bed on metal cheap frame, bed not soft, vinyl room floors, they warned me not to leave stuff in your car, cars in parking lot told me lot, I never stayed, I left and called Expedia and they couldnt refund any back to me, I lost $ at this place shouldn't be on Expedia site to rent. Nicer hotels close by.
