Mission Bell Motel

Very supportive management but the property is a dump. The room was teared and broken with a cracked window, missing mirror in the bathroom, wifi is not working, unsafe environment and the property needs a major uppgrading so stay away from this motell. Mycket trevlig personal men rummet var otroligt slitet som till exempel ingen spegel i badrummet. Sprucken glasruta mot gatan, wifi fungerar inte. Familjen var orolig för vägglöss och området kändes "unsafe" farligt.

Clean room, staff very friendly and updated us to room with a kitchen. Some repairs needed and staff gave for of a renovated room as they are in process of doing throughout, and it's spectacular. Very convenient and easy to get around. Would definitely return.

This was easily the worst room I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled all over the USA and have visited 67 countries. It smelled terrible, many items were broken and the bathroom had rust on the fixtures. There was no mirror in the bathroom and the medicine cabinet had a back panel and one side piece (the rest was missing). The only lock on the entry room door was a button on the knob (there had been a chain at one time but it was missing the parts needed to lock it in place). To top it off, there was no hot water. I let the shower and sink run for 15 minutes and the water was still cold. This place should not be available on Hotels.com. It was an absolute dump. I wish I could get my money back.

Not good at all. Sticky surfaces everywhere, closet smelled like urine, an actual 4in hole was in a wall, etc. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors and the loud road. The only positive thing was all of the bedding seemed clean (no stains, no bedbugs). I don't recommend for even one night. I got in late and decided to leave early in the morning, otherwise I would've eaten the cost and gone somewhere else.

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever seen. It was absolutely disgusting. There was mouse poop under the sink, the linens were filthy, there were spiders and ants in numerous locations, and the room looked like it had not received a thorough clean and over a year. Also, it was a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke and urine. When I brought my concerns to the hotel manager, I was handed a can of Lysol and air freshener and told I could fix it myself. When we went back later, demanding a refund, the owner literally shut the door in our face, saying “I don’t have time for this.” Other concerns were the window in our room was broken along with numerous light fixtures. I have never reported a hotel to the health department, but we did for this one. I would absolutely stay away. I have never had such terrible customer service or such a disgusting room as this one. Needless to say, we left and requested a refund, which was refused.
