The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening I was not impressed as its a new car

Surprisingly quiet location near Moorabbin Airport with on site free parking. Comfy beds and pillows, spacious room. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean and quiet, I had all of the things I needed in the kitchenette, however I went to use the gym in the morning at 6am and it doesn't open until 8am when reception opens. I found this quite strange as most people would want to use a gym before they start the day. 8am is too late.

Unable to open door to apartment with keycards - had to get staff to help every single time. This is a known problem because they have had to employ a night staff member purely to let people into their rooms! Shower exhaust fan fell down and I was unable to shower but there were no other rooms available nor a handyman to repair it. Dirty, floors need vacuuming, random dark strands of hair everywhere.

The stay is bad , the washing machine is down for 2 weeks without any repair . The only reason they give is alway the maintainenece not available . We pay for a serivce apartment wothout being able to wash clothes . We can only wash in common area.

We have stayed here before but this time the room smelled terrible. There was a problem with toilet/bathroom and we had ro block drains with towels and keep exhaust fan on for our whole stay. We told staff but no offer to sort it out. Very disappointing for us as it was also expensive.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the best hotel. The balcony was covered in dust and spider webs. The shower was horrendously terrible, toilet had issues flushing and air conditioner wasn’t operating properly at all. Overall it wasn’t the cleanest place in the world and lady in glasses at the front desk had horrible attitude.

Tried to get our bedding changed and was told they are too busy and the member at the reception said she would get into trouble with the manager if she gets this done as the cleaners were only doing new rooms.. three nights we have no cleaning nor change of bedding .. pretty disappointing

We loved the space offered by The Quest & the reception staff were excellent. However Housekeeping kept forgetting to renew our teas, coffees, shower gel which was annoying. The shower is v difficult to use without flooding the bathroom!

If I can give zero star, I would, because this hotel is very dirty and filthy. I stayed here for three nights. Every day, I saw live cockroaches crawling on the kitchenette and the bathroom wall. The first night the TV didn’t even work, the second night when I returned to the room, the used mugs and plates were still on the bench after their room service. Throughout my stay the room keycards never worked, I saw other guests having the same issues and shared their frustration. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Unless you want to deal with pest infestation issues, strongly recommend you not to consider staying at this hotel. See attached photos for the cockroaches and dirty shower vent, and used mugs not collected.

Property clean enough, the tables and bench tops a little worse for wear. The tv antenna wasn’t connected as join had been pushed into wall. Asked to get it fixed on day 1 however after 4 days still not sorted. Limited public transport, bus nearby to take to train station. Ideal need your own car to stay here

Arrived and waited a long time to be tended to at the front desk. The attendant wasn’t there and the back up numbers rang out. Rang the manager who said she was off site and couldn’t help. The hotel listing promises cable tv? But didn’t have any channels.

The studio apartments do not have laundry facilities, but there is some down the corridor, this caught me out as i was hoping to wash clothing daily based on activities i was doing. Great location for golf at Kingston Heath walking distance, but it is an industrial area with limited cafes and restaurants nearby, ok if you have a car but if walking not great, noting there is always uber eats

Little bit isolated - hard to get food in the area unless you get in the car . Very comfortable and quite spacious. No pubs nearby. Very close to Kingston Heath !!

Property clean enough, the tables and bench tops a little worse for wear. The tv antenna wasn’t connected as join had been pushed into wall. Asked to get it fixed on day 1 however after 4 days still not sorted. Limited public transport, bus nearby to take to train station. Ideal need your own car to stay here

The studio apartments do not have laundry facilities, but there is some down the corridor, this caught me out as i was hoping to wash clothing daily based on activities i was doing. Great location for golf at Kingston Heath walking distance, but it is an industrial area with limited cafes and restaurants nearby, ok if you have a car but if walking not great, noting there is always uber eats

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay. The apartment was spacious clean and very quiet. Shame it's not dog-friendly as this would make it a "go to" for us in this area. Top tip: there's a good vegan Asian restaurant within walking distance of this Quest!
