Close to town centre and eateries (restaurants would be overstating it!). Good access to Snowy Mountains and surrounding areas which are worth visiting. Main season is winter, but summer tourism is growing. Room reasonably cheap and spacious, but tired, didn't feel overly secured. Bar/restaurant onsite closed due to staff shortage. Jindabyne more modern and seems more upmarket.

Tired old motel that needs a makeover. It also needs a chef/cook, so the restaurant can reopen. Paid for the night using my free voucher, but didn't stay. Drove on to Canberra for a real hotel.

We had a lovely large room with full kitchen and laundry which was great. Whole unit did need a deep clean as there was hair on the bathroom floors and cobwebs in the main bedroom.

This review only rates the room (#39). I was welcomed with an overwhelming odour of mould and mildew. The carpet has some level of dampness. Bed was comfortable and the heater was turn on for our comfort. Would have loved a toaster to make toast on the morning.

I get it - it is not a hotel and it does fit the purpose to what we needed . It could have been better cleaned. Bed sheets had hair from previous people. The carpet wasnt cleaned/hovered properly Shower also needs a good scrub I notice a few people in saying something about not having enought water pressure for us that was good and hot water was not a problem. There is a cute outside area with heating and kids play area. But the heaters didnt seem to work that was a shame.

Very dirty from beer bottles left under beds to fake lashes stuck to pillows and the scissors all cutlery was dirty wet cups that had been put straight into the cupboard, microwave was dirty so wasn't to happy paying as much as I did for that room. Also toke pictures as we are cleaners and we're not at all impressed. Otherwise would of been good.

It’s a basic but nice room. Has a microwave, smart TV, mini fridge, ironing board and AC. Arnotts biscuits are a bonus. A little dated, but you can say the same of virtually all lodging in Cooma and Jindabyne. Overall a pleasant stay.

Only that the motel itself seemed a little tired, and needed some updating. Rooms need freshening up, and the heating in our room was not up to the task, and was so noisy. One of the showers had no hot water, the other was a guessing game to get it working correctly. We feel it was expensive for what it was. In the future we will book earlier and look elsewhere for our overnight stay.

booked two rooms side by side, rang twice to confirm not just the booking but that the rooms were side by side. even did this 4 days prior to arrival and back when first booked 5 months early. our rooms were at opposite ends of the complex. they denied me ringing to ask for side by side rooms and one staff said we had more workers than normal. i said did the worker book 5 months ago. another lady sorted it out for us, i was grateful she did

For $100 a night, you can't go wrong with this place ! The restaurant attached to the hotel was extremely good and had lots of options in their menu. There isn't a lot of options in Cooma, this seemed to be the best from what I could find. The rooms were a bit dated and the desk in the room was mostly taken up by the tv. I had to use the chair as a desk for my laptop. I would suggest spending the money and upgrading to one of the larger rooms if you can. The major reason I gave this place 3 starts was the BED. Not uncommon but very uncomfortable and firm, hard to get a good night's rest on it.

Close to town centre and eateries (restaurants would be overstating it!). Good access to Snowy Mountains and surrounding areas which are worth visiting. Main season is winter, but summer tourism is growing. Room reasonably cheap and spacious, but tired, didn't feel overly secured. Bar/restaurant onsite closed due to staff shortage. Jindabyne more modern and seems more upmarket.

Tired old motel that needs a makeover. It also needs a chef/cook, so the restaurant can reopen. Paid for the night using my free voucher, but didn't stay. Drove on to Canberra for a real hotel.

I found it disappointing that there was no toaster and not even a teaspoon let alone knife and fork. A microwave was provided to heat takeaway food but no cutlery to eat it with.

Room was so clean, bed super comfy, great outdoor area. Just wish i has a fork when i heated my meal in the provided microwave.

The Motel was close to where I was working and conveniently close to the center of town. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. I stayed there for 2 weeks and my bedding was not changed nor was my bed made.

My wife and I stayed there one night as a stopover on our way to the snowy mountain. We consider it to be a typical country motel with just below 3 star furnishing. It is comfortable enough but we find it difficult to understand that it has no coat hangers in the hanging area and no shower cap provided.
