The room and the hotel were perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay perfect. The complimentary breakfast was excellent along with great service. The dinner dining experience had great service and excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cernobbio. The location was beautiful and made for the perfect base to explore Lake Como. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout our stay. The hotel had a charming feel, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast was lovely, and overall the experience made our time in Cernobbio even more special. Thank you for helping create such beautiful memories for our family during our trip to Italy. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area.

The best and most amazing hotel staff I have ever experienced. The hospitality and genuine care they showed us was unforgettable. During a public transportation strike, they went out of their way to help us navigate the city. We were there for our wedding and honeymoon photos, and when taxis refused to take us for such a short distance while my wife was in her wedding dress, the staff stepped in without hesitation. One of them even drove us in their personal car so my wife did not have to walk in her gown. Their kindness and dedication went far beyond anything we could have expected. Words cannot describe how incredible the staff truly were.

The hotel itself has good rooms. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on the premises was great; we ate there multiple times. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. The owner Andrea was amazing. We had a large car for the area (the roads around Lake Como are SMALL). This led to some issues with parking and even getting into and out of the hotel's parking lot. Andrea helped us when we got to the hotel and even backed our car out himself when we were leaving our stay. Everyone else was also incredibly friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here.
