Hotel Kanronomori

Lit vraiment inconfortable, j'ai mal au dos au lendemain. Chambre un peu vieillot, nécessité de rénovation. Les personnels sont très sympas, mais cela dépend de l'équipe. On m'a refusé de me donner un oreiller supplémentaire que j'en ai vraiment besoin pour mon dos.

I stayed here for a trip to Niseko, which is about a 30-minute drive away. The hotel has some wonderful highlights, but also a few downsides to consider. The Highlights: • Stunning Views: The breakfast was a highlight! The restaurant overlooks a snowy landscape that looks like something straight out of a fairytale. The breakfast selection was also quite good. • Great Amenities: They offer lovely extras like complimentary soda, tea, and ice pops. There’s also a microwave available, which was very convenient for heating up quick meals after a tiring day of skiing. • Atmosphere: I really enjoyed the live music performances held in the lobby every evening—it added a very nice touch to the stay. • Parking: Free parking is available right across from the lobby, though you'll need to find your own spot. The Downsides: • Onsen & Cleanliness: While they have an onsen, the washing area was not very clean, and the space felt a bit cramped. It also tended to get quite loud inside. • Room Condition: I stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was very spacious, but unfortunately, it felt a bit dated and not as clean as I would have liked. Overall, the scenery and free perks are fantastic, but the cleanliness in the common areas and rooms could definitely be improved.

The staff and manager were very accommodating and gracious. We enjoyed our 8 night stay in our room which was spacious and nicely appointed. The ski shuttle bus was consistently on time, and the hotel is in a great, quiet location. Buffet breakfast was also delicious. Will return next time skiing in Niseko.

Beautiful hotel. Love the traditional minimalist Japanese style and aesthetic. The Onsens were amazing. Overall great experience

Lovely hotel staff are great and the baths are fantastic, the breakfast could have been a little better.
