初めて車で利用しましたが、駐車もスムーズにできよかったです。キャストさんの対応もとても気持ちが良く素敵な宿泊になりました。お部屋が結構レトロ？な感じなのでやはり多少の傷や劣化はありましたが綺麗に清掃されており気になりませんでした。夕食のバイキングは海外の方向けのような感じで好みが分かれると思います。全体的に大満足でまた宿泊したいです。

Rooms were excellent with abundant amenities. Food and beverage offerings at the resort were overcrowded, room service was a 2.5-4 hour wait for our entire stay and the lounge was rushed and felt unwelcoming as it was often unavailable to us with no explanation.

Gostei muito do hotel e achei os quartos bem espaçosos. Achei bem legal os amenities oferecidos pelo hotel . Equipe atenciosa. Achei muito pratico o atendimento de pedido de comida e check out pela Tv, além o beneficio do happy entry para Disney Tokyo. Tem uma convencia dentro do hotel que foi muito pratico. Unico ponto para mim que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã, achei com pouca variedade pelo valor cobrado, alem das filas para entrar mesmo tendo sido feito o agendamento.

早餐不好吃，不建議購買。 7/1櫃台女工作人員很親切有耐心，非常謝謝她。很美好的回憶，房間內外都很漂亮，但是沒有游泳池和大澡堂。

The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated directly across from the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland Park and two stops away from DisneySea on the Disneyland Resort monorail line. However, the hospitality of the staff, convenience store, and hotel store selling park merchandise made the experience even better. I felt spoiled by the great experience and it will be hard to stay at a non-Disney hotel else after this.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. There are two gift shops, one for Disney merchandise and the other for sundries, snacks, food and beverages. Great location if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea.

スタッフの方の対応が素早く、にこやかでした。お部屋もとても広く快適で、冷蔵庫の無料のお水も嬉しかったです。ただ、一つだけ気になったのが、宿泊したお部屋で、使用する前なのに臭うトイレの臭い。芳香剤は宿泊者の好みがあるので置かないのは分かりますが、無香料の芳香剤や臭い消しのスプレーとかあれば良かったかなぁと思います。

夕食のビュッフェは良かったですね　本当にいろいろあって迷ってしまってとても美味しかったです　朝に会ったルームサービスのスタッフさんも一度手を止めて正面向いて挨拶してもらえて　いいですね　こちらも気持ち良くおはようございますと　お部屋も綺麗で快適ですしさすがに目の前がランドというロケーションは最高ですね

Check-in was great. Every staff we encountered was very polite and accommodating. The room was spotless. We had everything we needed. The one thing that surprised me was the firmness of the bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. We were only there 2 nights and the second night I was so tired after all day at Disney, it didn't matter. We also had a park view and the park music starts at 6:00 sharp. It was great wake up theme music.

The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The room service was limited and useless. Wasn’t the quality of the amount we paid for the room. There were no options for vegetarian, vegan or Muslim-friendly guests and when we asked for something we had to order things a day earlier as if it’s a one star hotel. Not professional or luxurious at all. The lady at the reception wasn’t helpful and didn’t explain anything related to getting tickets to park and just gave us the early passes. Not everybody understands the Japanese strange ticket system. We thought staying five days in the main hotel at Disney would have better service. Felt like going to a bed and breakfast. Don’t recommend it at all. Also the early park access was useless, because everyone in the park had it so we wasn’t our morning standing in line. The next day we just decided to go after the crowd was minimal. There was loud music from the station until 11pm which was very hard to sleep as it was warm and we had to leave the windows open. The worst experience. We had to have all our meals in ekspiari.

The rooms are very unique but elegant. the property was beautiful. We stay here for 5 nights and felt so comfortable. it’s just right across Tokyo Disneyland and for guests staying at this property, you get a happy entry pass which allows you to enter the park 15mins earlier than other guests. Worth it especially because you’ll be able to get to your first ride of choice before the crowds rush in. The amenities in our room were so cute and we love the rainfall style shower with the tub room. The room was definitely a lot bigger than we had expected especially for a room in Japan since some of the rooms at other hotels have been smaller.

The bed was a little hard and the toilet didn’t work correctly. I didn’t report it cause we kinda fixed it. Also someone should have told us no freezer in the room. Ice cream melted. If that was noted, then I’m sorry I didn’t see it.

ディズニーランドの目の前なのでとにかく便利。お部屋がランド側だったので朝、ゲートの前で並んでいるお客さんの様子を窓から見ながら出発のタイミングをはかることが出来ました。行った日は雨が降る寒い日で、お昼に一回戻ってお風呂であったまってから出直せたのもランドホテルに宿泊していたから出来たことだったと思います。家族みんなでめいいっぱい楽しめました！

La chambre était juste parfaite ! Je ne m'attendais à ce lieu si magique et magnifique. En effet, chambre spacieuse, propre avec une décoration dans le style Disney. Le lit était confortable. Une télévision nous mettent chaque information de l'hôtel. Nous pouvons noter aussi une proximité avec les transports en commun (métro de Disney juste en face de l'hôtel. Nous avons aussi la station de métro à 10 min à pied. de plus nous pouvons dire que le personnel est accueillant, souriant très professionnel car d.

Everything was soo beautiful. But what really stands out are the cast members. They were just so amazing and kind. From the front desk to the lobby lounge and the buffet I couldn’t have been happier with my stay

Everything was soo beautiful. But what really stands out are the cast members. They were just so amazing and kind. From the front desk to the lobby lounge and the buffet I couldn’t have been happier with my stay

Very conveniently located to Disneyland- very short walk and monorail not required. Well decorated in the Disney theme adding to the magical experience. Staff try their best but not many comprehend English - which is understandable given we are in a foreign country. Book restaurants well in advance or you will not get a reservation.

エレベーターの場所が分からずにいた所、スタッフの方が気が付いて声をかけてくれました。しつこく入り込んでくることもなく、程良い距離感で良かったです。連泊しましたが、使ったアメニティが追加されており、嬉しかったです。ロケーションも最高で、初めて泊まりましたが、また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Service and courtesy level was God level. Everyone was smiling, cheerful, and very helpful. Even after we checked out, they arranged for a big taxi to take us and our big luggage to our next hotel. No waiting time either. They even loaded our giant bags into the taxi. We felt the magic up till the last second.

Check-in was great. Every staff we encountered was very polite and accommodating. The room was spotless. We had everything we needed. The one thing that surprised me was the firmness of the bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. We were only there 2 nights and the second night I was so tired after all day at Disney, it didn't matter. We also had a park view and the park music starts at 6:00 sharp. It was great wake up theme music.

ディズニーランドの目の前なのでとにかく便利。お部屋がランド側だったので朝、ゲートの前で並んでいるお客さんの様子を窓から見ながら出発のタイミングをはかることが出来ました。行った日は雨が降る寒い日で、お昼に一回戻ってお風呂であったまってから出直せたのもランドホテルに宿泊していたから出来たことだったと思います。家族みんなでめいいっぱい楽しめました！

The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated directly across from the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland Park and two stops away from DisneySea on the Disneyland Resort monorail line. However, the hospitality of the staff, convenience store, and hotel store selling park merchandise made the experience even better. I felt spoiled by the great experience and it will be hard to stay at a non-Disney hotel else after this.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. There are two gift shops, one for Disney merchandise and the other for sundries, snacks, food and beverages. Great location if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The room service was limited and useless. Wasn’t the quality of the amount we paid for the room. There were no options for vegetarian, vegan or Muslim-friendly guests and when we asked for something we had to order things a day earlier as if it’s a one star hotel. Not professional or luxurious at all. The lady at the reception wasn’t helpful and didn’t explain anything related to getting tickets to park and just gave us the early passes. Not everybody understands the Japanese strange ticket system. We thought staying five days in the main hotel at Disney would have better service. Felt like going to a bed and breakfast. Don’t recommend it at all. Also the early park access was useless, because everyone in the park had it so we wasn’t our morning standing in line. The next day we just decided to go after the crowd was minimal. There was loud music from the station until 11pm which was very hard to sleep as it was warm and we had to leave the windows open. The worst experience. We had to have all our meals in ekspiari.

Rooms were excellent with abundant amenities. Food and beverage offerings at the resort were overcrowded, room service was a 2.5-4 hour wait for our entire stay and the lounge was rushed and felt unwelcoming as it was often unavailable to us with no explanation.

Gostei muito do hotel e achei os quartos bem espaçosos. Achei bem legal os amenities oferecidos pelo hotel . Equipe atenciosa. Achei muito pratico o atendimento de pedido de comida e check out pela Tv, além o beneficio do happy entry para Disney Tokyo. Tem uma convencia dentro do hotel que foi muito pratico. Unico ponto para mim que poderia ser melhor é o café da manhã, achei com pouca variedade pelo valor cobrado, alem das filas para entrar mesmo tendo sido feito o agendamento.

The room was lovely and staff amazing however it was so incredibly difficult to find breakfast or dinner if we had not booked ahead - we were told at 5pm all restaurants were booked out and no room service available until 11:30pm. We were travelling with two small children and to think the hotel can’t accommodate all its guests for meals was very poor.

夕食のビュッフェは良かったですね　本当にいろいろあって迷ってしまってとても美味しかったです　朝に会ったルームサービスのスタッフさんも一度手を止めて正面向いて挨拶してもらえて　いいですね　こちらも気持ち良くおはようございますと　お部屋も綺麗で快適ですしさすがに目の前がランドというロケーションは最高ですね

Amazing ! Everything was perfect The only think is book your dinner or breakfast in advance in hotel Dinner is easy to eat outside 5 min walk in shipping center are lots of restaurants. Breakfast is difficult need to book in hotel in advance before your arrival or you might need to eat in Disneyland and you would missed fun !

We were allocated the Alice in wonderland room on the 5th floor. The room was very spacious and clean. New amenities were added to our room each day of our stay. The hotel shop has a wide variety of choices of drinks and snacks aswell as other amenities.

experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y la ubicación es simplemente excelente. Alojarse dentro del complejo Disney aporta un ambiente mágico desde el primer momento, especialmente para quienes visitan los parques en familia. El hotel cuenta con restaurantes, tiendas y está prácticamente al lado del parque, a unos 30 segundos caminando, lo que supone una gran comodidad después de un día intenso de atracciones. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que me decepcionó mucho. La piscina del hotel tiene un coste adicional de 3.000 yenes por persona para los huéspedes alojados. Considerando el precio del hotel y su categoría, me parece un detalle muy poco acertado y bastante mezquino. En un hotel Disney de este nivel, debería estar incluida o, al menos, tener un coste mucho más razonable para los clientes. En general, la experiencia fue fantástica por la ubicación, la limpieza y la magia Disney, pero la política de acceso a la piscina empaña una estancia que, de otro modo, habría sido perfecta.

We had a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Tokyo hotel. We are a family of 4 - parents and two 20-somethings. We are BIG Disney fans. The biggest question I had when booking was how we all were going to fit - do I need 2 rooms or can we all fit into one? How big are these beds really?? I have an answer!! We opted for the Superior Alcove room. It had 4 beds. I was afraid the alcove and the trundle would be kid-sized, but they are not! That being said, the beds are an unusual size for us Americans - larger than a twin, but not as big as a full. I'm 5'7", and my husband is 6'. The two of us would have to agree to spoon all night and flip over as a unit, or one of us would fall off the bed. My boys are both in the 6'2" range. The trundle and alcove worked just fine. 4 heads - 4 beds - everyone happy. The room was spacious. Much more so than some of the other Japanese hotels we stayed at. It was very Disney - elegantly themed Beauty and the Beast (we even had a china tea set, but not Mrs. Potts and Chip). The only negative thing we experienced was the laundry! It took FOREVER. There were so many other people needing the machines, and the dryers just wouldn't dry, so people were washing and waiting. Two loads took about 4 hours at 10 PM.
