Everytime I stay at a hotel I always pull the mattress cover off on each corner to check for bed bugs, looking for black specks (poop), Thankfully I didn't see any. What I did see was a mattress that had a bunch of urine stains on it. The mattress was absolutely horrible. It was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. It seemed strange that the room was clean and nice, but they have such a cheap, hard mattress. I could hear the metal springs when I moved. I'm not a big guy (185lbs). Not a good night sleep.

I had a pleasant experience the room was not as clean as I expected but everything else was up to code. Friendly staff, welcoming environment, free breakfast, spacious rooms and peaceful atmosphere.

The light situation for the bathroom must be fixed. You have to turn in the larger room light in order to turn on the bathroom light. And no shampoo in the bottle in the shower even after asking for it to be refilled.

The room was decent, one pillow smelled as if it were dirty. The room was decent, could have been a little cleaner, really no ambiance when you first walk in, just a hello on the tv. Breakfast staff were delightful, also the cleaning staff, in particular one fellow with the earrings was great, very polite and helpful. Overall good breakfast, decent room, quiet, and good restaurants and coffee around the area, especially Emari coffee, right across the street. Please, spray and clean the elevators.
