Room and Facilities are very Clean! Staff are very passion and polite! Location is peaceful and have good view!

フロントスタッフのおじ様達がとても親切で、いつもニコニコされててとてもいい印象でした。 お風呂やお部屋も真新しい！という感じではないですが、とても清潔にされていました。 料理は朝のバイキングのみしか知りませんが、気になるのはドリンクバーのジュースが薄かった事くらいで満足でした。

Lovely attentive staff, delightful traditional Japanese rooms. Great views and Onsen, close to the bus for Alpine route, though not much else nearby in terms of shops or eating. We would happily return. Only improvement point suggested is that we could not contact the hotel in advance by email, web form or expedia to find out if dinner was available - we got no reply. The answer is that they can do dinner if you order it that morning. For us this was an unusual wide ranging Japanese meal for I think Y5000 each, meeting our vegetarian needs (sometimes difficult in Japan!).

部屋が広く清潔でした。雨が降っていたので、窓からの景色がどうだかわからなかった。

ホテルの従業員の方の配慮が行き届いていて、とても快適に過ごせました。特に駐車スペースの確保を外出するたびにしてくださり、とても助かりました。 部屋も広く快適に過ごせましたし、それなりに混んでましたが温泉も広々ゆっくり入ることができました。
