Our hosts were outstanding and our stay was just what we wanted. The Inn is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously kept, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast each day was better than the last day and freshly made. Absolutely recommend this Inn and will be back

The home is very warm and inviting, excellently preserved and tastefully decorated. The grounds are very peaceful, the back patio area overlooks a meandering stream. Breakfast was outstanding, delicious and homemade: from fresh fruit parfait & flavorful quiche, right down to the house blend of coffee. Top notch, highly recommend!

What a delightful place. The house is charming and immaculately restored, and the hosts ever so accommodating. In addition to the usual dining and sightseeing recommendations, the guest folder includes an extensive history of the property, which is worth reading. Little extra touches such as thick terrycloth robes are the icing on a quite delectable cake.

The property was beautiful and the owners Ken & Barb were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a jacuzzi and was beautiful. My only complaint is the common area where people share a kitchen and refrigerator. Someone decided to microwave fish in the common area and it left the whole second floor smelly for hours. Other than that I loved it and would go again.

Super friendly and helpful host. Lovely turn-of-the-century home on pretty and well groomed property. Excellent breakfast. Fun history to the place. Gorgeous woodwork inside. Thirty five minute drive to Gettysburg.

Such a beautiful house , we booked the honeymoon suite . Unfortunately the head of the bed was placed under a low ceiling so we kept hitting our heads . Realized when we got there it was an open bathroom with no door not very inviting . The sauna top was deep and big but the hot water cut off and the tub was only half full . For the price we could have gone somewhere worth the money . Such a gorgeous house and we were greeted very kindly . Not sure about the other rooms but the honeymoon suite we would not return too .

Everything was really great. We appreciated our room, the house, its history and the environment, - and we were beautifully welcomed and treated. - Just one little problem that Ken will be able to fix in a minute: The toilet seat is not fixed 100%.

Wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts. Beautiful vintage home with large rooms and amazing woodwork. Barb is a lovely, knowledgeable and intetesting host. Be prepared - she makes the most wonderful breakfasts and makes sure you do not leave hungry. The grounds are immaculate and landscaped beautifully by Ken. Shopping is very close by and easy to get to with a wide variety of choices. Hope to return next year again. Highly recommend.

The building is a beautiful older building. Parking is easy and plentiful. The area is quiet and it's a great place to head to relax. My room had its own bathroom and was spacious. TV was a little small but I wasn't there to watch TV. The owners were very nice and helpful.

The house and grounds are lovely. Ken and Barb are delightful hosts. The breakfast was outstanding and all made from scratch. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the other guests. We hope for return soon!!

This was a wonderful find in Chambersburg. The original detail of the building is all there, hosts are extremely accommodating, and breakfast was fabulous. We plan to go there again.

This was a wonderful find in Chambersburg. The original detail of the building is all there, hosts are extremely accommodating, and breakfast was fabulous. We plan to go there again.

Barb greeted us immediately and gave us a tour and some history. Her breakfast was delicious and piping hot! We never needed for anything and look forward to returning in the future. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Our hosts were outstanding and our stay was just what we wanted. The Inn is beautiful and the grounds are meticulously kept, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast each day was better than the last day and freshly made. Absolutely recommend this Inn and will be back

We chose this property due to its proximity to family. It’s an excellent place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and the room was perfect for us. We enjoyed it so much that we booked again for next year to attend a family wedding.

The Inn is in historic house that is perfectly preserved and set amid lovely grounds. The owners are gracious hosts and prepare a nice breakfast. The house is very quiet and comfortable and far preferable to the chain hotels nearby.

Super friendly and helpful host. Lovely turn-of-the-century home on pretty and well groomed property. Excellent breakfast. Fun history to the place. Gorgeous woodwork inside. Thirty five minute drive to Gettysburg.

Wonderful place to stay with amazing hosts. Beautiful vintage home with large rooms and amazing woodwork. Barb is a lovely, knowledgeable and intetesting host. Be prepared - she makes the most wonderful breakfasts and makes sure you do not leave hungry. The grounds are immaculate and landscaped beautifully by Ken. Shopping is very close by and easy to get to with a wide variety of choices. Hope to return next year again. Highly recommend.

The building is a beautiful older building. Parking is easy and plentiful. The area is quiet and it's a great place to head to relax. My room had its own bathroom and was spacious. TV was a little small but I wasn't there to watch TV. The owners were very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Inn at Ragged Edge! Ken and Barb were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely inn and room. Walk around property good way to stretch. I should have told innkeeper small portion for my breakfast The inn coffee breakfast blend was a bit bitter (and I enjoy many strong coffees)… but Keurig options made up for that. The reading(s) about the original owner (the Colonel) and subsequent owners were interesting. Having recommendations for nearby walks would be helpful.

The house and grounds are lovely. Ken and Barb are delightful hosts. The breakfast was outstanding and all made from scratch. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the other guests. We hope for return soon!!

Such a charming place to stay. The owners are very friendly. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. We loved staying here. It was a little too easy to hear people speaking in the common areas, but still totally worth it. We can’t wait to come back!

Unique rooms, beautiful property, lovely porch seating and backyard patio. Simon and Rachel are very welcoming and warm and friendly hosts. Looking forward to staying there again.

Outstanding stay at a historic Frank Furness summer home/mansion built in 1901 with a vintage Steinway piano (that guests are welcome to play!) The owners were very charming, easily reachable, and went above and beyond many times to insure a pleasant visit. Breakfasts were delicious, including a custom dish they made to accommodate my dietary preferences. Highlights of the stay include the clean room and comfortable bed, the beauty of the house itself, playing the Steinway, exploring the outside grounds a little bit, and speaking with the owners about the Inn’s history, One morning during breakfast we even got to hear another guest play an original song she came up with about the Inn! I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return!
