Great stay at Basecamp Lodge Canmore. The property was clean and well maintained, parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience

Front desk staff was incredible! Extremely helpful and kind. The reason for my rating is the sound quality of the room. We had a lower level room and the soundproofing between rooms and even with rooms upstairs is quite poor. We had a terrible sleep due to the adult activities taking place in the room above. I

Great hotel for the price you pay, but the sound insulation in our room was really disappointing — we could hear guests coming in and out, as well as music from other rooms. It didn’t ruin our stay, which was overall very positive, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests.

Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Parking is very tight and if you're a light sleeper it might not be the best place to stay with a busy train track no ext to the hotel.

Wow, magnifique endroit, super bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied. La chambre était extraordinaire, on avait un balcon et une vue magnifique. On a accès à une cuisine partagée et une salle commune. Le personnel a été super ! On recommande sans hésiter.
