Parking was a little tricky because they were busy, but we managed. The evening staff were super nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, parking gets tight if workers are in town

The parking for this place was not well thought out and if the lot is too small and there’s a need for additional overflow parking, then that should be well lit. Imagine single women traveling alone walking in a dark parking lot full of construction worker trucks. Imagine the pause she might get and think of her safety.

Friendly staff & clean room! The only negative thing that I have is the parking area close to the hotel is very small - if we got back to the hotel late, we would have to park in the “lower lot” & walk up a (smallish) hill to get to the building itself. (Just hard on my old knees, lol.)

2nd time this month staying there. Absolutely amazing. Great location, parking lot can be a little tricky though. Front desk people are super sweet and helpful. We will be back.

Not enough parking spaces available.

I have never had my key card need to be recharged even once at other hotels....I need to have it done three times during this stay and was nervous returning home after the desk was closed down that I wouldn't get in my room. Parking is a nightmare.

Older cabinets in the room, Worn inside. A quick paint could spruce it up for minimal cost. Lip around cook top was dirty/crumbs. I know this may be harder to clean that specific area yet it was noticeable , sitting on the bed it was clearly visible.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Noticed a very slight musty smell when first entering. I always use the exhaust fan when showering, but some people have not used it in that room. Was surprised only shampoo provided, no conditioner or lotion. Shampoo was nice, though. If I had been warned, I would have brought travel size of missing items.

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. My room didn’t smell like cigarettes or mold. Staff was very friendly! Will be staying again!

Better than expected. I have never stay with this chain, so I was a little worried. However, I had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff was friendly at check in. Everything was clean and smelt clean. No smoke smell at all. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. I felt very safe there, and the the water pressure was also very good! I highly recommend this hotel.

the room was affordable and as clean as it could be given it showed age such as the carpeting. the air conditioner air smelled musty but worked very very well. the bed sheets and linens were perfectly white and very clean and fresh. i had to wait a while for the hot water to kick in for a shower. it had a full kitchen that was nice and the refrigerator and everything attached were clean too.

AC unit in the room emanted a musty odor We asked to relocate and was quickly accomadated. Throughout the stay we found this hotel to be extremely quiet which contributed to a very pleasant stay.

Not very clean in the room. Floors dusty, toilet had stains, air conditioning noisy and had been flooded recently so an air blower was in the hallway.

Nice ac unit. Nice sized shower & bathroom. They provided clean dishes, soaps, and coffee! Very comfortable beds. 10/10 stay.

My favorite place to stay in Morgantown, WV. I like the room size. Staff are very pleasant. Love the full size refrigerator.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was nice. Unfortunately the hotel is far from sound proof and the people above us were walking around until 2am. Then we heard him snoring. If you stay here a top floor is probably best.

Very clean hotel and rooms, beyond expectations. Kitchen in rooms. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are talking about. Kids screaming all night etc. I was charged twice for the room and I’m still fighting the charges After speaking with 2 people at the hotel.

Nice Quiet place, the TV Could use an upgrade.

For the price this was a great option. It was very clean and quiet. We were here for the birth of our grandchild so not in the room much but it was a nice place to crash after a very long night. The bed was comfy but a little soft. The room could use a small table and chair but otherwise it was fine.

We had a very uncomfortable stay! To start they have a very small sign that if I remember correctly wasn't even lit. The view on the websites are from somewhere else unless maybe they stood on the roof. It's behind a car dealership. There is not much parking for the size of the building. I was lucky to find the very last spot. Upon looking for a parking space you couldn't help but notice that there were at least a dozen people in the corner having a party drinking beer with the music cranked! We didn't even feel safe to get out of the vehicle! Needless to say we went to check in and there was no one in sight. You have to pick up a phone that everyone has held to their face . The lady must have been sleeping because it took a while for her to get there. Check in was very complicated and timely. She was asking me for all of the information that I already filed out when booking the room. The place and room were not cleaned well and it smelled like shrimp in the room. Only some of the buttons worked on the remote for the tv. There was a small coffee machine as usual but it just had two decaffeinated coffees and no regular coffee. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were stains on the sheets and some sort of plastic cover on the mattress which was also very uncomfortable. The shower would turn off completely and then come back on randomly. The music went on until I don't know when. You could hear it over the TV. I finally went to sleep around 1:45 am with the music still going

Customer service was amazing and I was able to get an early check in. Room clean and has LOT of amenities. I just wish the airport was as awesome.

Very nice, The staff was polite and very helpful, even recommending a nearby restaurant. Unfortunately they are already booked solid for our next visit (October 3-5, 2025), but we will definitely be back!

Booked a "Double Queen Room". When arriving at the hotel and getting to my room, it only had 1 queen bed. I notified the front desk and they said "sorry, that's all we have". I explained to them that was the whole point of the reservation and I needed 2 beds, hence why I booked a room with 2 beds. The guy called his manager and the manager said the same thing. They were sold out and they didn't have any double queen rooms left. What's the point of me making a reservation if I'm not going to get the room I reserved and paid for? Make literally no sense! I end up having to ask the front desk 2 different times to get more bed sheets and comforters because I was forced to make a bed on the floor and sleep. It was already 11PM when I arrived and my family was exhausted or we would have went somewhere else. I will say that the room was clean, just old and outdated. The full kitchen is nice, but I only had 1 fork, 2 spoons, and everything was soaking wet still. If it wasn't for the mess up with the booking, I'd probably rate it a 2.5/5. Nothing at all fancy, but only needed to stay for 1 night. Road to hotel was thru parking lots so was a little confusing.

It’s a place close to my niece place whom I visit once in a while. There are convenient stores and restaurants around.

A no frills but a very good price hotel. It is clean. No breakfast offerings besides vending machines and some free coffee in the lobby. There are a few fast foods nearby. I would stay there again when needed.

First time here and found the stay convenient,clean and friendly. Could have had better coffee in room seeing no breakfast items were available.

Not deluxe at all and no breakfast but satisfactory. Nice people

Very clean, staff friendly, room was a nice size and bed was very comfy. Coffee in the room was not good, I would suggest changing brands!

Minimal silverware, but for our purposes it was just fine. We didn’t ask for more. So they may have had more available if we asked.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable as was the room. I enjoyed the fact that we could have coffee and have a guick breakfast without leaving the room.
