Easy and efficient check in. Everyone was very kind. Great comfortable bed. Great bar and restaurant. We have been on road for 5 days. They had great coin operated laundry with plenty of change for my bills and laundry soap to purchase. This was a last minute stay and we felt wuite blessed

Close to grocery and restaurants (one built right in!) , perfect place to refuel after the Cabot trail. My kids loved the pool (4 & 8) . My husband and I loved the soft beds and fitness Center. Would stay again.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. John from the front desk was the only reason I am writing a review because he was excellent. It was not clean enough, we had an awful room placed in a basement level across from housekeeping main room and where the doors to a restaurant led to the hotel, so it was very noisy.

The staff was amazing, super helpful and very welcoming! Bed was comfortable and the room was nice A few hair on the bathroom’s floor and a very noisy fridge (especially during the night) are the only negative points, but we’ll still recommend the Inn for our friends and family visiting the area!

The cost of the room was not comparative to other localities where we stayed. Not a lot to do in the area. We did feel safe taking a walk in the early evening. The bed was comfortable, however there was a stain on one pillow.

Check-in and staff were great. Got checked into the room, commom areas and room looked clean. But on further inspection of beds , we found a bed bug present. Took photo and showed to front desk staff. They were appologetic but we chose to seek alternate hotel arrangements. Asked for refund. Did not stay.

Dining room downstairs is the best option in town. Very good food. Make reservation on arrival for dinner, as the local residents also eat here. The lobby is under renovation, but no difficulties. Many rooms face the street; we didn’t hear street noise, but is a possibility.

The rooms 117 and 119 that we were allocated were mediocre for the price of 198$ that we paid. As a 4-star hotel, was expecting good quality hotel, instead the rooms smelled like damp. The bed was comfortable, amenities were just OK! We were only there was a night, checked in after 10pm and checked out next day. I would not stay again if we visit Port Hawkesbury again.

Even though a hockey team and a wedding party were booked in at the same time as us, the staff guaranteed that noise after 10 wouldn't be acceptable. They even had security working to ensure the rules were abided by. Cheap VTech portable phone in room didn't work. Called front desk from my cell to report, but it was never replaced. Minor issue. We'd stay here again.

As a stop over point on a road trip the Maritime was good . Room was a decent size, the attached bar and restaurant had friendly staff and tasty food . The Inn is located across the road from a large supermarket, liquor store , two service stations , a McDonald’s etc so it is a very handy place to stay on a Road trip to restock your supplies .

Unhappy with room, no mention lower rooms were direct access to main road. Checked in at 3pm and asked if we could have a room at the back or on the second floor. Informed that we couldn't because the hotel was fully booked (coach party arriving later). We weren't asking for a new booking, just a different room. Complete refusal to accommodate our request (too much trouble to punch a few keys on the keyboard). Asked how our stay was by another employee when checking out, so we told them. Received an apology and a comment the checking in staff could most definitely have re-roomed us with such a request. Cons - small motel style rooms on lowered street facing side, nothing like those on the website. Some poor staff attitudes. Pros - good restaurant with great staff and food. Would I stay there again - no. Would it eat in the restaurant again - yes.
