A/C not working. We stayed at Giovi Relais for two nights and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing because the air conditioning in our room did not work. After our first night, we reported the issue as soon as the front desk opened, since there was no staff available overnight. The hotel acknowledged the problem, said it might be a filter issue, and told us someone would inspect it. Later that day, we were informed it had been checked, but nothing had changed. The room remained around 24°C even with the thermostat set to 16°C, and the only solution offered was a small fan. We brought the issue up again, but were told the air conditioning was working properly, despite the room never cooling down. As a result, we had two very uncomfortable, sleepless nights. Having just arrived from San Francisco and dealing with jet lag made the lack of a functioning A/C even more difficult. At check-out, we asked about compensation and were told to contact Hotels.com because the booking was made through them. The property itself is in a great location, but a functioning air conditioner is a basic expectation, especially during the summer in southern Italy. We appreciated that the staff attempted to help, but unfortunately the issue was never resolved, which had a significant impact on our stay.

Localização maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito fraco, tem que melhorar. A cama sugiro um pillow top, achei dura. Atendimento solicito, quanto ao estacionamento um pouco complicado para quem está de carro mas ok. Pela localização vale a pena.
