Great stay at a classic hotel. No surprises here…Roof pool a bit outdated. But the lounge was a real threat. Great food and drinks and a lovely lady from Casablanca taking care of everyone. Worth the extra cost and made my stay very pleasant.

Intercontinental in the city doha hotel, is the most eye opening cineamic viewpoint from the hotel window. Excellent service by all staff members. Safe and easy going to various attraction sites. The beach was close as well as other beaches around the area. In room hotel, hygiene and cleanliness is 5 stars, daily room service by hospitality were 5 stars as well as the catering service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. One thing that stood out was the top floor swimming pool, which was a stunning but also a mesmorising serne experience especially seeing the sunset through the surrounding windows of the pools. On top of this the spa service was a calming and relaxing atmosphere to pur our minds in peace, authentic teas were also served after massage treatment. I definitely recommend to family and friends, for a stay away exciting but also calming experience.

Stayed a week while attending the 2023 Formula 1 Grand Prix - great bar on the 55th floor and also a shisha lounge. The hotel is in excellent location to the shops and the metro to explore Qatar with the DECC metro station only a 10 min walk away

Had an excellent stay , warmly welcomed & given info about the hotel & the lounge benefits . Our room was on the 42nd floor , huge , well appointed, great beds , fantastic view , enormous bathroom , separate shower stall and tub , excellent toiletries . The lounge was excellent , 45th floor , very attentive & friendly staff , drinks flowed between 1800-2030 ! Also some very tasty snacks to enjoy too , you could easily make this your evening meal . The only thing we weren’t keen on was the pool , altho it was lovely and views incredible , it has a sort of lattice work roof over it , I would imagine great in the summer to avoid the searing heat , but at this time of year ( Jan ) when the wind whistled through it , it wasn’t a pleasant place to sit . That aside , all was perfect !

Super nice staff! I liked that it was close to spots that I had in mind of going to! I kinda wish our room was cleaner when we got there, it didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. Particularly the bathrooms. But the cleaner was very nice and she tidied up the rooms well.

Hotel was more tired than we were expecting so were left disappointed. Had a few issues in the room, dusty plug sockets, broken shower head and the windows needed cleaning to appreciate the views. The room was spacious though and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a good spread and but found many of the staff to be overbearing in an attempt to provide good service. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again and regret choosing this hotel for our stopover.

My stay at the InterContinental was perfect. My room was on the 42nd floor and I had an amazing view of Doha Downtown. It was spacious and very clean, too. The receptionist was very friendly and accomodating and the staff on the rooftop were also very nice! It's a beautiful hotel in the middle of Doha and I will definitely come here again if I ever visit Qatar again!

One of the worst family stay inside a hotel in doha Qatar, customer service was the worst I ever seen. The receptionist does not care about the well being of someone who brings their family to the hotel. Alot of minor miscellaneous stuff was not meet.

This is our third stay at this hotel in the past 12 months. The staff in all areas from room cleaning door security, concierge restaurant and club lounge the staff in the hotel catering areas really are exceptionally helpful and friendly.: We would always choose this hotel when visiting Doha.

I had a great stay here as a solo traveller. I felt safe and was looked after. Staff were helpful with taxis and tours etc. The room was clean and spaciousand i had great city views. The room service menu was good, i parti ularly enjoyed the mushroom soup, the asoan options were not to my taste but good enough. The highlight was the breakfast, do many hot options and variety to suit every taste and preference. Some of the asoan options for breakfast was some of the best i had. Not sure why this wasnt evident with room service menu. I would definitely stay here again and you get lot more for your money.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Omelettes were made to order and there was a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a really good location and the hotel itself has many restaurants offering different cuisine. One of, if not, the best hotel I've stayed at.
