Poor sign visibility. Parking lots were dangerously icy. Bathroom door stuck. Kitchen window could use better blinds. Very convenient location. Friendly check-in. Comfortable beds. Hallway carpet on 3rd floor was loose and flapped noisily.

2,5 étoiles, c’est trop. On peut classer 2 étoiles. Commodité de base adéquate. Mal aménagé et mal décoré. Vieillot et pas très propre.Pas d’ascenseur même s’il y a 3 étages. Stationnement insuffisant et il faut aller de l’autre côté de la rue, équivalent à 4 autres étages plus bas.

There’s no house keeping services accepted after checking out. I was there for 6 days no one clean the room and I had to go downstairs everyday to asked for clean towels.

Hair dryer did not work, freezer was jammed with ice (not ice cubes either) so frig was not cold, found bug on pillow. Asked for an upgrade ,their were not a lot a rooms rented so should have been a no brainer but no, we did get another room. Had it been earlier in the day we would have moved hotels.

Great location. We only needed to stay the night, room is very practical. The kitchenette was great to make breakfast before leaving. The cleanliness was desirable. I didn’t want my son to take a bath, that had left over hair from the previous attendants. My pet peeve was that our change of towel were left on a chair outside the room at -30 instead of in the actual room itself. But overall, very average moreso a motel than a hotel.

Le gros problème avec cet endroit est la propreté des lieux, qui est quasi-inexistante. Des cheveux se retrouvent sur la baignoire et sur les draps à mon arrivée. Les murs sont tachés et les surfaces mal nettoyées.

The facility had all the amenities exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen was complete. The property is functional but dated. The 2 person jetted tub is nice but felt werid to have it with a full mirror wall around it Would have liked to have wine glasses, and a few more things in the kitchen as it was sparse. The floor had two metal transitions of 2 cm between tile and flooring that were easy to stub toes and hurt the heal while walking around barefoot. The AC unit was really loud. It was difficult to sleep cause of the noise of an outside gathering of guests on the first night that when on till about 2am.

The suite had a very large jacuzzi tub with room for 2 people that was perfect after a long day of skiing. The kitchenette was exactly what I needed to make simple meals for my weekend stay. Service was fast and incredibly helpful and all staff members I spoke with spoke both French and English fluently.

We encountered a problem with our reservation & payment, resulting in a follow up call to obtain a credit for double charging. Issued without issue; but, the misstep could easily have been missed on my part. Overall, the staff tried to be helpful at all times, but were lacking in experience. Doubtful that we will rebook at this facility in the future.

This is not a hotel, but a cheap motel. Rude and unpleasant staff. Not enough parking for guests, and you are shamelessly told to use the space reserved for disabled people. The staff lack of respect and professionalism. RUN!

We were delayed until almost midnight due to road closures and the wonderful lady working reception was so understanding and made sure we were safely checked in at the last minute before her shift ended. I wish i had gotten her name, but in all the rush I missed it. Thank you, merci beaucoup for the wonderful service!

Beau séjour, très propre, chambre avec plusieurs commodités. Restaurant et dépanneur très proche, a moins de 200 metres de marche. Par contre, discothèque juste en face et nous entendions le bruit. Je recommande!

Had a great stay for 2 nights with my kids. The front desk ladies are very nice, friendly and welcoming. There is no breakfast included as the site says since Covid. The room is clean a bit humid. Close to restaurants and water park as well the outlets. Thank you

Hotel & Suites Les Laurentides in Saint Sauveur reminded me of the ski resorts I visited during my childhood. The decor was basic, but my room was comfortable. I stayed on the third floor, which offered a beautiful view of the mountains. There were no elevators or porters available. While the hotel didn't have any on-site restaurants, there were plenty to choose from in the area. Fortunately, I packed lightly, but I’m sure the owner would have assisted me if I had asked for help with my luggage. He was also helpful in providing information on how to return to the big city. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, very clean & great staff. Only thing is it annonces breakfast included but when we went to go for breakfast the next morning there was none! They said since Covid that had not re-instated their breakfast. Well it has been quite awhile now that the Covid scare is over so I feel it is either time to re-instate their breakfast OR take it off the site which announces it is included it is now false advertising !

We stayed one night in a room with two king-size beds. The room was spacious and cozy. We were pleased to find essential travel essentials, such as a stove, a coffee maker, an iron, a mini-fridge, cookware, plates, and cutlery. The only thing missing was a kettle. The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, and a grocery store within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The only drawback is the air conditioner, which is located near one of the beds; it's very noisy.
