A typically Italian welcoming. Didnt use the spa, too busy, but it sure looked nice.

The gentleman in the restaurant was lovely and extremely helpful. The receptionist at check in wasn’t very friendly. The receptionist at check out was very professional and friendly. The room was so, so. The pool at the spa was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel, friendly check in, lots of parking. I wish we had time to try the spa. It was difficult to cool the room, but this may be a unique situation, because we're Canadian and find a lot of rooms in Italy too warm for us. It's probably fine for people used to milder weather. We kept the window open all night, haha. Good stay!
