AC WAS GOOD AND WE HAD A PRIVATE CAR TO TAKE US TO TERMINAL 5. Driver was great. Room was really nice and clean.

We booked a lounge access room , the key card wouldn’t give us access to the lounge . Another guest had the same issue as us . As we had a 2.30 am start we ordered room service . The shower had been turned off so tightly we struggled to switch it on in the morning The room was really hot as the air con didn’t appear to work We asked for a 4.00 am taxi to be booked as the shuttle doesn’t start until 4.30 - this wasn’t booked , luckily there was a driver available to take us.

Check in was so slow with only 2 desks open with lots of people waiting. Charged our card twice. Didn’t refund it just told us we’d have to use it as credit
