Hôtel vieillot, nous avons eu une chambre qui donne sur la rue on aurait dit que l’on était DANS la rue… Avec des rideaux qui ne ferment pas…

The entry is beautiful and inviting. The staff was very courteous. The room, that was another story! The first thing you notice was the moldy, damp smell that lingered in the air. I'm still coughing from the encounter. I just came in from 24 hours of flying and transfers in 3 different airports, so I didn't complain. I woke up a few hours later, dripping wet. My bed was wet, so I got a towel and slept on it, and another on top of me. I hung my clothes up, and within a small amount of time, they were wet, they were damp; my Laptop had a mist on it. This was nuts. I called housekeeping, showed them everything, and they got a supervisor. I showed her my wet clothes, the moisture on my PC, and the bed sheets. Then, the final straw, the carpet was moist too. They showed me another room, a few doors down, which was better but still smelled like mold. They showed me another I took, but it still had a slight damp smell. My lungs still hurt 12 days later. I can't say I want to come back here unless they fix the moldy smell and moisture. The staff were wonderful
