Desamparo desde a hora do check in, lugar sujo e muito desorganizado (nem o meu quarto estava pronto) sendo que que fiz a reserva para quinta e só cheguei na sexta (avisei que chegaria na sexta de manhã). Ficamos aguardando mais de uma hora e meia para liberação e atendimento. Quarto com cheiro muito forte de mofo Ambiente onde é servido o café da manhã extremamente sujo (não dá nem vontade de comer) Muito afastado (muita subida) para chegar até o local (não que isso seja uma reclamação, é apenas para as pessoas saberem) Anfitriã muito simpática, mas extremamente perdida no quesito organização e atendimento com os hóspedes). Não recomendo, jamais. As fotos não condizem absolutamente com nada no que é oferecido.

Sobre a receptividade não tem o que ser questionada. A Rita, proprietária da pousada, nós atendeu muito bem e nos deu várias dicas sobre o lugar, sempre muito educada e solicita. Localização: Pra quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, não é indicado. Existe uma subida bastante considerável e a distância do Porto/Vila de Abraão também é moderada. Depois de um dia inteiro de passeio, a subida passa a ser quase exaustiva. Porém, se você procura um lugar para se isolar, relaxar e ter contato direto com a natureza local, a pousada é ideal, pois é rodeada pela mata e conta com uma charmosa cachoeira. Limpeza: O ambiente é rodeado por uma floresta, então fica difícil secar as roupas, muita das vezes as nossas ficavam úmidas, então reparamos que as roupas de cama da pousada também ficavam assim. O que dava a sensação de roupas mal secas. O café da manhã é impecável. Tudo sob medida, para não gerar desperdício. Creio que seja uma política de ecossustentabilidade da pousada. Tudo fresquinho e bem feito. No mais, a pousada é charmosa e acolhedora, a mata da o seu toque e a cachoeira é quase uma canção de ninar kkk. Porém a localização não ajuda, achei a subida em alguns momentos bem desgastante. Mas ela não teria o charme que tem, se fosse na beira do mar. Por isso friso, se você está procurando esse sossego, contato direto com a mata, e disposição para subir e descer as ladeiras de Abraão a posada é ideal ! Custo-benéfico ok.
