Absolutely fantastic hotel right on the seafront. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are great - comfortable bed, lovely shower, air conditioning, fridge and glasses provided and an amazing seaview (room 3). Highly recommended. Long stay parking can be booked for the Sainsbury's carpark 5 mins walk away via justpark. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby.

Too bad we only booked one night… every thing went perfect: from (self) checkin till we were leaving. Excellent communication, beautiful room with a view, the location next to restaurants and or bars, great to walk down to Walmer beach and a short drive away from Sandwich. A recommandation on every level👏

We stayed in the smugglers cabin which is on the ground floor and has its own door to enter from the high street. We were emailed our passcode to access the door before arrival so didn’t need to go to the main entrance. The room was a very pleasant surprise a nice spacious living room with microwaves, coffee machine and kettle and fridge and TV. Behind there was tie sleeping area with a comfy large bed. At the back there was a very spacious bathroom with bath and a walk in shower. Nice toiletries provided. The big plus for us was the air con. It was wonderful our room was lovely and cold and we slept so well! I highly recommend this place great location too and attentive staff with great communication. I’ll definitely be back.
