Hotel Nova Sintra - Adults only

Det er andre gang vi har booket oss inn her og vi er like fornøyde denne gangen. Nydelig skjermet og rolig terrasse med utsikt og mulighet for både sol og skygge. Vi spiste frokost her hver dag. Frokosten var variert, med mulighet for både søtt, salt, varmt og kaldt. Frokostblanding, brødmat og frukt tilgjengelig. Rui er en hjelpsom hotellvert, som både kjenner området godt, og kan gi råd og anbefalinger. Det er et stille og rolig hotell, med fine og store rom. Om vi noen gang returnerer til Sintra, så kommer vi tilbake hit. Tusen takk for oss!

We stayed two days there. Staff was perfect to help us. Breakfast menu was excellent for us. We were really happy to stay at Sintra because of their kind help.

Best staff. The owners were so friendly and kind. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Very clean and breakfast was good. Great location.

Padre e figlio due persone eccezionali. Struttura molto comoda per il centro città e per il pullman da prendere per il castello. Parcheggio gratuito molto vicino, più facile da trovare libero nel fine settimana. Colazione buona

A wonderful hotel. Bernardo and is son were extremely helpful and solicitous. They had the best breakfast spread we saw on our trip. The location was also great. It was an easy walk to the Palácio National da Sintra (we are mid seventies). The following day we took a short Uber ride to the Palacio National da Pena and then walked to the Castelo dos Mouros. From there it was only a 30 minute walk back to the hotel. Bernardo's restaurant recommendations were also excellent. There is a very nice terrace with views of the palaces on the mountain. There is no car parking at the hotel but there is free public parking a five minute walk from the hotel. Note: we arrived at about 2pm on a week day. The parking lot was crammed but I found a place. On the weekend, it was mostly empty. It appears to be used by working locals. One photo is the hotel from the Moorish castle and the other is the Moorish Castle from the hotel veranda.
