Trevligt rum med karaktär. Låg väldigt fint på Söder. Säkert och bra ställe. Parkering på låst innergård (begränsat, boka!). Trångt vid frukosten på lördagen, söndagen vard det lugnt vid frukosten. Rekommenderas!

Mysigt hotell i en tidigare malmgård mitt på Söder i Stockholm. Om du gillar charmen med knarriga golvtiljor och rum där inget är det andra likt är det här hotellet perfekt. Hjälpsam, vänlig personal o rent på rummen. Moderna badrum med duschtvål/schampo i pump. Mycket bra! Dessutom tofflor på rummen. Ingen aircondition men vi var där på våren så det var inget problem. Fin frukost med supergod äggröra och krispiga bacon. Hotellet har en glaslounge med kaffemaskin tillgänglig dygnet runt och lite godis i skålar. Parkering kan hyras. Tre platser finns och dessa måste förbokas. Rekommenderar att ta med hörselproppar då det kan vara lite lyhört från hissen. Mycket lugnt läge i övrigt! Nära till tunnelbana (Hornstull) Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming service at the reception. We were able to check in 2 hours early and there was a coffee machine incl. oat milk which was great. The location is fantastic just a 4 mins walk from the metro station and 3 stops from the old town. The breakfast selection was good as well. The only downside was the somewhat dark room despite 2 windows and very small and dark bathroom, which was a surprise.

Beautiful and unique historic property with a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The 24/7 coffee and tea area in the sun room was a very nice feature (which I used daily) and the complimentary breakfast provided a delicious variety of Swedish and continental options. My room was just the right size and the bed was comfy. The location was quiet and felt residential while still being surrounded by shops and restaurants within very short walking distance. The subway stop at the end of the street provides very quick and easy access to the rest of the city. I stayed in the hotel for a week while in Stockholm for a work conference, but when I bring my husband next time so we can explore the city as tourists, we will definitely be staying here!

Mysigt och charmigt hotell med gamla anor. Trevlig personal. Mycket bra och god frukostbuffé. Hotellets byggnader är gamla vilket innebär att det ej är handikappvänligt.

Beautiful old hotel in the middle of town. Wonderful floors. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Unfortunatly for everyone there was a snow storm at the time. For me I was just dissapointed that I had to brush off my car in a foot of snow. There is only two or three spaces avail at this hotel so it is a comfort to get one (fee) just unfortunate that in this environment that there is no sop for this type of hinder. there is also a large metal gate ,which keeps the cars safe, but was not fun to push against the snow in order to get the vehicle out. I understand that the hotel did not make it snow but this is sweden and it does happen and they should have a plan so that the customers do not have to do all the work.

Front desk check-in was quick and efficient. I think the guy checked us in name was Nick he was very good and helpful. The parking was limited on the property and they charge for it. Cheaper than parking on the street. Great location a lot of food options.

Jättemysigt hotell med lite "lantlig" känsla trots sitt perfekta läge på Söder med både buss och tunnelbana inom promenadavstånd. Rummet var litet och mysigt med ett litet loft. Frukosten var vällagad och hade allt vi tycker att en bra hotellfrukost ska innehålla. Extra plus att man kunde sitta ute och äta eller dricka kaffe på både baksidan och den härliga framsidan.

Charmigt boende med hyfsat centralt läge med närhet till allmänna kommunikationsmedel. Vi tillbringade två nätter på hotellet och njöt av den anrika och spännande omgivningen. Lite svårt att ta sig fram i trånga trappor, höga steg och tunga dörrar, men medvetna om det och miljön i övrigt, bidrog det till stämningen på hotellet. Vi kände verkligen historiens vingslag! Mysigt, om än lite trångt rum med skön, väl inlegad säng hade de bekvämligheter man behöver. Duschen gick dock inte att ställa på kallt läge utan bara varmt och handdukstorken fungerade inte alls. Handfatet var väldigt litet och det var svårt att hålla dropparna på rätt ställe vid hand- och ansiktstvätt. Duschutrymmet var däremot bra avgränsat med täta duschdörrar. Den hantverkaren som målat taket hade tyvärr kladdat väldigt mycket färg överallt förutom i taket, vilket tyvärr förtog den rustika känslan skifferplattorna på väggarna gav. Frukostbuffén var ingen större gastronomisk upplevelse, utan innehöll det nödvändigaste, men nog saknade vi en pannkaka eller våffla att runda av måltiden med. Matsalsmiljön får för övrigt högt betyg då de medeltida valven satte fantasin i rörelse. Tyvärr var el- och avlopps installationerna utförda utan känsla för den historiska miljön, vilket förtog känslan en hel del. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående och det enda större minustecknet var väl egentligen tillgången på p-platser, men det löste sig med plats på gatan till hygglig avgift och avstånd. Vi återkommer gärna!

Vacker byggnad. Små men trevliga rum. Väldigt litet men snyggt och rent badrum. Frukost helt ok, allt vi önskade fanns. Mysigt att intaga under stenvalven. Fyra bilplatser finns bakom låst grind alldeles intill hotellets gård. Boka plats långt i förväg! Vi bodde två nätter, vi är mycket nöjda.

Really lovely hotel in an interesting old building and setting. The staff were really good and plenty of choice at breakfast. Good location near lots of restaurants and bars, minutes from Metro but on quiet street.

This is a very quaint and historic place to stay, and it does have atmosphere. However, the single room I stayed in had nowhere, apart from one hanging rail, to put any clothes. OK, for one night maybe but not for several. Maybe a bigger room would have had this facility? Not sure. No safe in room either, and very little space in the room. There is a pleasant small side room where one can sit to read and relax, but nowhere else. Breakfast is adequate but the room in which it is served is not really sufficient for the numbers on a weekend. Much queueing and hovering for tables going on. Safety is good, with a key entry system at the front gates and the area itself is always busy. Lots of decent restaurants and shops only a short distance away. If you plan to stay here, opt for a larger room would be my advice, even if you are on your own.

Built in the 1700s - very charming; unfortunately the bedding hasn’t been upgraded since then and I needed traction and serious pain meds for my back after our first night. Checked out next day and had a fabulous stay at another nearby hotel.

Helt ok hotell. Långsam incheckning. Gott kaffe och frukosten var också ok. Ligger i lugnt läge på Söder. Välj ej om du har problem att gå, många trappor och hiss finns inte överallt. Mycket litet badrum. Sängen har hängt med ganska länge, gnisslar varje gång man vänder sig och är inte så skön.

J’ai eu quelques soucis avec mon avion, je suis arrivée très tard et le personnel s’est très bien organisé pour que je puisse avoir ma carte de chambre et trouver mon chemin sans problème. Le personnel est super réactif par message, et sont très gentils. Il y a pas mal de choix pour le petit déjeuner avec des spécialités de Suède. La chambre est très bien, propre, la salle de bain également. L’hôtel est très bien situé, il y a plusieurs stations de métro à côté, restaurants, supermarché comme COOP. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

I stayed in the hotel for a week while in Stockholm for a work conference, but when I bring my husband next time so we can explore the city as tourists, we will definitely be staying here!

Det är en härlig atmosfär i denna gamla byggnad. Litet rum men funktionellt. Vi hade hörnrum så bra ljusinsläpp. T-bana i närheten och nära till mycket på Söder. Prisvärt.

I love this hotel. It is very charming and the staff is warm and welcoming. Sodermalm is a great part of Stockholm, with galleries, shops and restaurants, yet on the quiet side. We got a room with a sagging bed worn down to the springs. We asked for a room exchange and instead got a damp basement room with silverfish running along the panels, a bathroom where everything got wet when you took a shower and where you could hear the metro passing by through the walls every five minutes. I guess when you have a hotel set in an old building where all the rooms are “ unique”, you can be lucky to get a good room and you can be unlucky as we were. At a price of 170 euro pr night, I would not stay here again with this kind of gamble. I believe you can have lovely time here, but it might be up to luck - this is a traveling preference. The staff was really friendly though, gave us good recommendations for the area and one of the receptionists even remembered us by first names. The hotel gave us a symbolic refund for the inconvenience.
