the room was clean with no nasty smells, there were fans in the room to keep us cool in the hot weather, the view from the room was excellent, all in all a very nice stay.

First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and did not feel isolated at all. Will definitely be booking again the next time I go to any of the shows. Thank you all for a perfect stay xx
