Excellent place to stay to discover Norfolk, not far from the coast and all amenities. Good sized rooms well maintained and wide choice for breakfast. Great talking to the owners. We had a lovely relaxing time and would thoroughly recommend. When we come back to Norfolk this will be our first choice.

Very nice accomodation, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Friendly host and a great breakfast with local produce. Conveniently located for Cromer and the coast with lots of decent pubs nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the Barns, the room was beautiful. We came for two nights break for our anniversary and cant fault anything. After a day exploring was lovely to head back to the room. Breakfast was amazing and cooked to order. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location to explore North Norfolk. Superb rooms, everything you could need, lovely friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast! Highly recommended , will definitely stay again in the future.
