Es war alles okay, bedingt durch eine Baustelle im Umfeld war der Hof gerade etwas wüst aber dennoch gab es ein paar nette Sitzplätze zum draussen sitzen.

Tolles Hotel als Ausgangspunkt um sich Leibzig anzusehen.Ganz nettes und hilfreiches Personal.Frühstück ist super...ist alles da was man braucht...Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich...für mehr Ruhe empfehle ich ein Zimmer zum Innenhof....Parken im Parkhaus am Bahnhof [3 gehminuten]für 27 Euro 3 Tage...alles in allen ein sehr,sehr gutes Hotel in Leibzig....Dankeschön

Really convenient hotel as it's next to the main train station. The room was really clean and the breakfast was big and varied Only downside when we stayed was that they were installing new aircon and the old one wasn't working, so quite warm at night.

Kein Abzug in der Toilette, Drücker für die Toilette von Deckel verhindert, Der Hebel im Waschbecken auf der rechten Seite - umständlich -kein Kofferaufleger, die Kissen zu mikrig, keine zusätzliche Decke. sehr gut war die Beleuchtungssituation, genügend Aufhänger für die Handtücher, unkomplizierte Öffnung des Zimmers.

Das sehr nette Personal ist ohne Probleme auf Sonderwüsche eingegangen. Auf meine Bitte wurde zum Geburtstag meiner Frau unser Tisch beim Frühstück etwas geschmückt und das Personal hat sie mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit überrascht.

The booking was available for 1 night Upon entering I was told my request for 2 nights would be granted. I signed papers for the first night with the impression that I could get the second night I requested. The next day I get a phone call requesting I check out unless I pay 3 times my first nights stay. I understand there are day rates but there was no customer loyalty or service and I was left with a take it or leave it option. Not what you’d expect on a trip. Thanks Nicholas!

When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly.

Stayed one night. Pleasant. Staff let me leave my luggage early before check in. Directly across from the main train station and close to the shopping areas. Relatively quiet and clean area but there was some construction and the area around the train station smells a little bad.

When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly.

Positiv fanden wir auf jeden Fall das Frühstück. Es war eine top Qualität sehr frisch und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Für einen Kurztrip nach Leipzig würden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Hotel davanti all'ingresso laterale della stazione centrale di Lipsia.Non cortisponde ad un 4 stelle.Nonostante facesse molto caldo sia nella reception e corridoi sia nella camera non è stato acceso l'imoianto di condizionamento nonostante io lo abbia richiesto esoressamente.La camera non è mai stata rifatta per tutto il soggiorno (3 notti).Sconsigliato

Amazing location just opposite the main train station which has a huge variety of shops and made eating out very easy and cost efficient. Absolutely didn’t need hotel breakfast due to a huge range of choice just outside the hotel. Perfect location to discover Leipzig from. Travelled with two teenage children so took the family room on the 7th floor which was perfect as it is interconnected but has its own door and we all shared the one bathroom as it was essentially one room booking. Would definitely go back. Staff were very helpful if needed.

Room adequate for what we wanted, some redecorating work going on in reception made it difficult for the staff but they were excellent, location just round the corner from the station was ideal Good value for money considering the lack of availability in the city when we travelled
