This place was Very dirty. There was actually a mouse trap in our room and droppings. It smelled terrible and it was very dirty. I will never stay here again.

The absolute worst motel/hotel I\'ve ever stayed in. When we closed the door, behind it the door frame was COVERED IN MOLD. The floor was covered in filthy carpet. The corner next to the sink was covered in black mold, from the counter up to the ceiling, about 4 inches wide. The bedspread had holes in it, and the \'pleather\' headboard was torn through to the sponge and covered in grease and dirt. We slept halfway down the bed to avoid the gross headboard. The sheets were surprisingly clean. The fridge, bathtub, towels, and toilet were clean. But the floor in the bathroom was gross. It\'s literally next to a heavy train line. The maid entered our room at 9AM while we were still in the bed, because there are no "do not disturb" signs. There were also mouse traps on the floor in the corners of the room, but we never saw a mouse. I looked behind the night table looking for a plug in, the amount of garbage and dust was shocking. Took about 20 minutes (at least) to get to the university area, whyte ave, and downtown from the motel, because you had to drive through high traffic areas to get anywhere.

Bed bugs and roaches in room 203

This place is a dump. The room stunk so badly we literally slept in our car. Basically we paid $108 for a parking spot to sleep in.

I did not like seeing Cockroaches

Cigarette burns in the comforters, no proper locks on the doors, holes in the floor and mould in the fridge, completely unsafe and dirty!!! Didn’t even bother to stay the night. At least the staff were nice.

Room was disgusting, tape on the ceiling and fan falling off, snot and dirt on tables and blanket, no cleaning head board or behind anything. Walls and doors with lots of used spot dirt all over it. Plug ins and electrical cords covered in dirt, not even wiped a little, sheets stained with blood, mattress cover covered in lots of stains and red marks. Dirt on floor from not washing. Curtains stained full of other people’s hair and dirt. Towels stained. Pretty much went int a dirt room that had somewhat cleaned stained sheets. For the price they are charging and the deposit they need some serious work done. Pieces of tile falling off.

The room was super cold.

Rooms could definitely be updated a bit. Bathroom fan cover wasnt closed and ut was filthy dirty. Also bathroom fan isn't even working.

Staff was nice. However Motel is very outdated and in need of repair! There were no fire alarms in my first room. The room they switched me too has flooring and shower taped together! The place also smelled like smoke. Do not stay here. Expedia should not endorse this place.

Very nice lady at the front desk, polite helpful and room was clean but could use a facelift a bit of ware and tare but over all stay was nice

Husband had a reservation and was late getting into Edmonton The office closes at 12, he was there at 11:58 and was told too bad we are closed Probably a good thing since all the other reviews mention cockroaches and bed bugs …

It’s a good motel option for anyone doing errands in the city.
