Not a good experience. The room was hot, stuffy and not very well cleaned. There was no indication of WiFi. During the first night I accidentally knocked a glass off the table. The next morning I alerted the front desk. When i got back to my room, the broken glass was still on the floor right where it had fallen. On departing the front desk guy just shrugged and said "thought i told them" when i told him the glass hadn't been cleaned up, then immediately asked me if everything was OK with my stay. Clearly he wasn't interested in the answer. Location is fantastic, and the restaurant downstairs is good and convenient. Parking is difficult. View from the room didn't match the photo (unless you're standing on the tips of your toes).

We booked a Superior Double Room based on the Expedia advertisement that we would have a balcony or patio. Once we arrived, we were informed that the Superior Double Rooms have a balcony OR bathtub, and we were put in a room with a tub. I had also messaged the property to ensure we had a balcony/patio and to check on parking. They never responded, and when we arrived the staff informed us that the person who responds was off that day. Buyer beware…check out the hotel on their website and call if you need to reach them. Do not trust the Expedia descriptions. Overall a fine hotel in a great location.
