Don't waste your money. This is a horrible hotel. Dirty. Stains. Bed too tall, uncomfortable and noisy. WiFi far too slow and keeps crashing. 50 feet from a loud highway. No hangers for clothes. AC difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Missing lamp shade. Unsafe parking lot with homeless transients. Several piles of dog feces near the unit door. Hundreds of cigarette butts all over the grounds.

The room we are in smells like feet. I don’t know how I’m supposed to sleep in this smell. On-site laundry, listed in amenities, does not work.

Washer is broke. No tea, coffee area.

Not the most extravagant hotel but for the cost, it’s totally worth it. It has a microwave and refrigerator which come in handy. The ice machine works which is a plus. And the staff is very friendly. I plan on staying here when I come down to the Bay for work.

Not having a water dispenser or even a water fountain for refillable water bottles is ridiculous. Luckily there was a Starbucks across the street so I got water in the morning. Vending machines are available I didn’t notice an ice machine. When I checked in in the evening the guy wasn’t pressing the speaker so I couldn’t hear him. Besides that the stay was fine. I didn’t have to stay long

I love the fridge and microwave in the room, however the laundry facilities were out of order.

If all you’re looking for is the cheapest room in the area this is it. But it’s the worst part of Milpitas. Homeless and prostitution in the area. Service was terrible. They had no laundry service and there was no BBQ grill onsite which their online site says they have. And I had to have my room key rescanned every day for the 7 days I was there. Totally unacceptable. This place sucks.

They are a lot of homeless around the building, the parking lot is full and needs to get clean up .the internet is not good

There were homeless sleeping in the parking lot lots of rif raf around.

There was roaches, toilet sounded like the water was running none stop. TV did not work. Upstairs room was loud all night. A-lot of homeless people sleeping on the side of building.

The hotel had roaches in the bed, floor and walls. It was very disturbing and I'll never go there again!

The floors were extremely dirty. My wife took off her shoes and had white socks. Well by the end the bottom of the socks were black. We ended up checking out the same day.

This hotel is filthy and the photos they have to not represent the room I booked. There was a cockroach ran behind light when I entered room. The bedding wasn’t clean and a tissue was in the bed! No towels apart from hand towels. The room and bathroom were unclean and human hair all over. Also what looked like mold (see photos). Cigarette butts all over hotel grounds. No breakfast or coffee as shown in photos. I’m not sure what the purpose of this hotel is but it clearly is not for sleeping or relaxing in. I had to get a partial refund from hotels.Com. AVOID at all costs!

Awful - bed bugs. We checked in around 8:00 pm and settled in for the evening. We were working, so had our laptops out and were sitting in the bed working. About 9:00 I notice a bug crawling on the bed. I flicked it off without thinking about it. A few minutes later my partner noticed another, and then I found another, and then we realized there were a bunch of them. We counted about five on the bed crawling around at any given time. We later found a few crawling on the floor. This site won't let me upload videos, or you'd see that could could just pull back the sheets and see several crawling around. If you've ever read about bed bugs, they're really difficult to get rid of, they bite, and once they crawl into your luggage they spread to your home and it's really difficult to escape them after they get into your clothes and things. We immediately left. Luckily we didn't have our bags out and sitting around, and had to check them carefully. So far we have seen no signs of being infested. Thank goodness we did not stay the night. To their credit, the hotel gave us a refund, but they also didn't seem surprised at all. There was no expected horrified reaction, and they didn't ask to see pictures or videos. They didn't ask for proof. Just as soon as I said there were bed bugs, they sort of started processing the refund. I suspect that they already knew, which is why I'm leaving the review.

Very dirty! Towels were stayed black, curtains were DIRTY and had BLOOD stains!! Ventilation was covered in dust. Floors were dirty. This motel seems to be used as temporary housing

The room smelled like mold and musty the lamps r filthy. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall behind tv. A roach catcher behind the toilet .mold on the light fixture on the ceiling. Styrofoam cups, straw were not wrapped. The coffee machine looked fiilthy. This room needs to b shut down

We checked in late, front desk was rude to the couple in front of us. Pretty sure there was puke on the stairs. The room smelled like bleach but we were so tired we immediately fell asleep. When we woke up we got to see how disgusting the room was. Tissue shoved in the door peephole, mold in the shower, smoke detector was missing, walls and floor were covered in dirt.

Very Dirty, Roaches crawling around, lamp shades very dirty with stains, Curtains diry with holes, floors were nasty dirty & sticky. Parking with very compact. VERY GHETTO

Poor room, lots of road noise. Will not return.

The television in the room was damaged. The pixels on the screen looked similar to someone throwing paint on the wall and it was dripping. When we called the front desk, the person who answered did not comprehend what we were saying, and told us someone would come out the next day to investigate. No one showed up.

Dirty rusty staircases also uneven hard to walk up. The location is very noisy. I was woken up multiple times due to the noise. A freeway and busy high traffic street was the view from my room. The entire hotel is due for renovations.

Tv didn’t work properly, fridge was unplugged from hard to reach socket, staff was minimally concerned, room was tiny, dingy motel.

Air conditioner was good, TV not worked for 2 day, refrigerator not working.

The cable wasnt working and i told the guy at the desk and he said he would send someone to fix it and he didn't. The room was small. The room was worn down and needed maintenance. And looked dirty. The shower had no pressure. Overall it seemed poorly maintained. Im dont recommend staying here.

I reserved a non-smoking room through Expedia and paid in full in advance. When I arrived at almost midnight, it was obvious that they had given my non-smoking room to someone else since all that they could provide was a smoking room. I informed the surly and conversational English-challenged clerk that that was unacceptable, and either provide the non-smoking room per the fully paid reservation or issue a full and immediate refund. He refused to do either. I will never patronize the Executive Inn again since there are other similarly priced local hotels that are clean, safe, and provide the type of room that the customer requested and paid for. I strongly suggest that others also patronize those establishments and not the Executive Inn.

I liked the room it was nice but there is a lady there that works the desk. She’s rude and attempted to charge me for having an emotional support animal there. The dog didn’t spend the night she left with my grandpa. I was fortunate to get my deposit back and we had to cut this visit short so I’m waiting for the refund of two days.

I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

No advertising on the $50.00 deposit. We have to pay or no-room ????? I left for 4 days and did not get my money back. Frustrated.

from the moment i checked in to this dive i was greeted by a really cranky and rude arrogant indian guy. the hotel was dirty parking lot had trash all over. needless to say i will never ever stay here again and i highly recommend expedia to take this hotel of their list.

No toilet paper in room, no ice, extremely rude staff!

Staff are really dumb. Don’t know who is checked in or out . They disturb you in the middle of the night.

It was such a beautiful and heartwarming experience — from the welcoming atmosphere to the kindness of the employees. The place was spotless, truly one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever experienced. Out of all my years of traveling, this has been the most comfortable stay of my life. The bed was unbelievably cozy — the blankets, sheets, and pillows felt absolutely heavenly. The room was thoughtfully set up with everything you could need — coffee, water, a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The layout was so well-designed that it felt more like being at home or in a cozy apartment than in a hotel. The shower was refreshing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the lighting added to the warm, peaceful vibe. Everything was super clean, smelled amazing, and created a sense of calm. What made it even better was how convenient the location was — just off the freeway, close to restaurants, and walking distance to nearby stores. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. It was truly a beautiful stay in every way.
