A very economical, clean and efficient hotel for short stays (cause the rooms are small there is no other reason), very close to U Bahn and in max 10 minutes you are in the center of Frankfurt, thanks for your hospitality PS: for using parking space please arrange a reservation system for the guests that want to use it by giving the necessary number password in advance, it is not suitable to wait in front of the parking place, get into the hotel, take the necessary number and then entering the parking place, also blocking the bicycle way, during reservation this number can be obtained without creating disturbance, just an advice

Location is nice and easy tofind parking. Room was small though ww booked family room. Bathroom needs upgrade. Overall good.

Alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Besonders wichtig ist mir immer eine gute Parkmöglichkeit, und das Hotel bietet sowohl einen Hof als auch eine Tiefgarage zu erschwinglichen Preisen an. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet, was für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Mein Fazit: Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Unterhaltung, einschließlich des Hafenparks mit Sportangeboten wie Basketball, Fußball und Calisthenics. Darüber hinaus lädt der Main zu einem schönen Spaziergang in Richtung Innenstadt ein. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel halten direkt vor dem Hotel, sodass man problemlos ins Stadtzentrum gelangt. Die Lage ist ideal – besonders im Sommer, wegen dem Hafenpark.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Very disappointing..the Hotel itself is nice but the room was terrible. The room smelled bad when we entered, there was hair in the bed and in the shower. Also the shower was moldy and outdated. The breakfast however was good as well as the overall service.

Unfortunately the bathroom and the carpet in the room were not clean. There was even a silverfish in the bath…

Stayed in family room. Just like the picture, small room with bunk beds. Kids liked the bunk beds though. The hotel is located in quieter part of time, and is much safer than notorious Frankfurt Central Station. There's tram and subway close-by to the city center so location is quite good. Also nice restaurants near the hotel. Staffs were kind and very efficient with there jobs. Breakfast was better than most of the hotels we stayed in Germany, would recommend it. Over all, above average stay. Wound recommend.

Check-in okay, Personal freundlich. Ausstattung okay, aber in die Jahre gekommen, Sanitärbereich grenzwertig. Eine Nacht Schlaf durch laute Touristengruppe gestört, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, zur Straße abgewandten Seite aber sonst ruhig. TV funktionierte zwei Tage nicht.

Bei der B&B-Kette erwartet man keinen 5-Sterne Service. Klar. Aber man will sich auch nicht unverständig und wie von Gefängniswärterinnen behandelt fühlen. Einige Mitarbeiterinnen machen ihren Job okay, aber es gibt auch einige, die sind nicht akzeptabel und benötigen 1. eine vernünftige Sprachausbildung in Deutsch (irgendwie will man sich ja als Gast verstanden fühlen) und 2. eine solide Ausbildung im angemessenen Umfang mit Gästen (Höflichkeit, Erledigung ihrer Aufgaben). Hier fehlt es massiv und der Arbeitskräftemangel darf da auch nicht als Ausrede herhalten. Wenn jmd. ein paar Minuten zu früh zum Check-In kommt und die Zimmer wirklich noch nicht fertig sind (was nicht der Fall war), dann kann man den Gästen wenigstens einen Sitzplatz in der Cafeteria anbieten. Warum darf da tagsüber niemand hinein? Und wenn jmd. - wie ich - ein wichtiges Telefonat in einigermaßen Ruhe führen muss und der Empfang im Zimmer nicht so gut ist und es auf der Straße vor dem Hotel so laut ist, dann darf eine Putzkraft dem Gast nicht - fast mit physischer Gewalt ! - den Zugang zum Frühstücksraum verwehren und das Telefonat absiuchtlich mit einem lauten Staubsauger stören. Alles so geschehen am 28.9. morgens gegen 11 h. Solches Personal ist völlig unqualifiziert und gehört nicht in diesen Kundenbereich. Meine Mitarbeiterinnen und ich waren häufiger in diesem Hotel, aber - ehrlich gesagt - zum letzten Mal. Offenbar findet auch vom Management keine angemessene Personalauswahl und QM statt.

Sehr freundlicher entgegenkommender Empfang! Man merkt, dass auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird.

The hotel is known to us and we picked it due to its location near the highway and very good connection to the city. It was nice and friendly. The cleaniness of the bathroom was not the best we have seen before but it was acceptable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe vom Main und man kann wunderbar in die Innenstadt laufen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel is located in quieter part of time, and is much safer than notorious Frankfurt Central Station. There's tram and subway close-by to the city center so location is quite good. Also nice restaurants near the hotel. Staffs were kind and very efficient with there jobs. Breakfast was better than most of the hotels we stayed in Germany, would recommend it. Everything was fine except fire alarm going off and some jokesters thought it would be fun to push every floor before exiting elevator. Staff was good and breakfast was ok. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.
