Emergency travel. Hotel was convenient and helpful

Great experience staying here. Very clean, great breakfast, very nice lounge, nice rooms (microwave & mini fridge in room), nice pool, staff was super friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the TV in the room. I only stayed one night and wanted to watch the NHL playoffs. The TV was an older version and although it had a handful of live channels and some apps (Netflix, Prime, HBO) I could not add or login to ESPN app to watch my game. Had to watch it on my phone. Other than that it was a great hotel.

My room was clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Upon check in I asked if I could have a 1st floor room and the front desk attendant was very polite and helped me with the arrangement. The other front desk staff members assisted me with finding a local establishment for Easter Sunday Brunch, getting me paper plates and answering all my questions. My room was clean, the wi-fi and tv were good and breakfast was good.

I had a really good stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Slippery Rock. It is a lovely hotel — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Everything felt well maintained and easy, which made my trip much smoother. James at the front desk was wonderful. He was so kind and helpful. I also always love the cookies — such a nice touch and a warm welcome at the end of the day. Thank you for a great stay. I would happily return.
