Bar was a makeshift bar with topshelf choices but nothing to brag about..

Nice place to stay just off hwy. stay were so friendly and very helpful. Beautiful room. Pool hot tub restaurant on site.

Not bad for a night, pool is small.

The only suggestion I have is for the pool to be cleaned it was a bit green and the hot tub was warm only 94 should be over 100 really it just made it feel like warm bath water

Front desk staff were super kind and friendly. Disappointed that the pool and spa were closed. I wish they disclosed that information when we booked in February. I never received any communications stating renovations are being done. This would have been very helpful and might have given more of an opportunity to look for other accommodations. The pool was the main reason we booked there, so that was a huge disappointment. After we checked in and took the elevator to our floor we were met instantly with workers with thier equipment everywhere, they did push it aside for us to walk but in my opinion they should always keep the foot traffic area clear for guests at all times. We wanted to try to restaurant attached to the hotel, but when we went down, the 1 person working never acknowledged us so we left. The cleanliness is subpar. Hair everywhere in the bathrooms, toliets haven't been properly cleaned in years, black filth line under the lip of the toilet. Pillows were as flat as a pancake, and one mattress was absolutely filthy. Room slept 4 and we were only given 3 towels and two half rolls of toliet paper. Small inconveniences to most but given the cost of this place I did expect a far better experience. No working ice machines on any floor. The library was "reserved" all weekend and remained empty the entire time we were there. It seemed like it was more meant to keep people out. With a few minor adjustments this place could be a real gem.

It's a nice hotel, but i had one concern, the pool was very dirty and stuff floating around it, but everything else was fabulous

It was a surprise to have had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. What we didn't like they gave us a handicap room with a special a bench in the bathtub. Lastly, Travelocity charged us $158 In total. The hotel charged us $191, and said it was the state tax. After mentioning this they adjusted it to 166. It still is over the amount I was told I would pay. So the first charge was not the actual total as was said. We also had mold in the bathroom in the ceiling. We will not offered any extra money off of our bill because of the inconvenience and health risks, but was told we will have the maintenance get on it. No I do not recommend this hotel.

It was a nice hotel, until we found a dirty washcloth in our shower curtain

There was nothing the room was ok, not the cleanest, the elevator had a toilet mint on the floor as an air freshener, hot tubs was cold and breakfast which I paid extra for was cold continental with stale bread & pastries. I expect better from Hilton

The property was nice. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and pillows were great.

The room wasn’t very clean. I liked the hot tub/pool and bar.

Room and hallway was very musty smelling. Also, as I was walking back to my room Friday morning, a male staff member was dusting the overhead lights in the hallway and continued to do so as I walked under one, instead of waiting until I passed by….very inconsiderate. Thank goodness Dunkin Donuts was right there because the breakfast offerings were not worth the cost….and they had no regular tea. Staff not very friendly. Very disappointed in facility.

The updates in this location were very much appreciated. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. We will definitely stay at this hotel shall we have another sports meet in the area.

Shower walls appear to have mold

The property was ok, but the room was tight and out-dated for the price we paid.

It was extremely loud trying to sleep. We could hear every word from the room next to ours on both sides and they weren't yelling just normal conversation. Any time someone walked by you in the hallway you could hear the footsteps I had no placard to place on my door so I could sleep later so housekeeping wouldn't knock. When I went to take a shower there was a lotion bottle where there should have been shampoo so I couldn't wash my hair. Not the best Hilton that's for sure. I would not stay there again.

This is a value hotel, and probably ok for extremely tired people passing through, but the walls are very thin and I heard a lot more than I wanted. It was very had to sleep when you can hear EVERYTHING. Also the bed didn’t go all the way to the floor which shocked me, as I thought that was a basic safety feature in all moderately newer hotel so nobody can hide under it.

The shower water flow is too small. There is a bad smell in the bathrooms. The air conditioner runs loud. The breakfast is the same every morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and would have been good except we were over some kind of machinery. Sounded like a jet engine taking off every 5 minutes all through the night. Vibrated the bed and the bathroom floor. Was hard to really relax.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However, toilet did not flush completely and noise from HVAC unit was very loud throughout the night. One of the bedside lamps did not work.

the place is great , clean and friendly staff, only complaint is that the mattress was about the lumpiest thing i have ever tried to sleep on it needs to be replace because it is at the end of its life and and a negative impact on our stay.

The bed is extremely hard. No confortable to sleep.

Rooms were outdated, bathroom had broken fixtures, fan was not working, caulking around tub and shower was old and needed to be replaced, sink had no drain catch, and the shower didn’t quite work. The pool water was cloudy and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. Aside from that the staff was great the service was great. Really just esthetics needed to be updated, which I didn’t expect from a Hilton.

Check in was great. The bed was HORRIBLE - so uncomfortable. The water in the shower would not drain until it was well around the ankles then it would suddenly drain.

We had a wonderful night here. The staff especially made the trip great.

Some of the staff was incredibly RUDE! The woman attending to the breakfast area was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in hospitality! There were 4 coffee urns set up and ALL OF THEM were empty. My wife was trying to get a cup of coffee while another gentleman was too. This gentleman asked the woman if she could bring over her carafe and pour him a cup as all the urns were empty, she looked him the eye and very loudly and sternly said NO! None of us could believe it. My wife looked at me and said “let’s go”.. we left without coffee or eating and purchased food elsewhere.

Dee at front desk was very nice and helpful. Great check-in experience.

Faith was awesome!

Our booking was not updated to their system, they could not find it, we were given a different rate - but not for the two nights/two rooms we needed. I was nearly kicked out of our room while working. The manager David was not accommodating or understanding at all. Will NEVER stay there again.

Check in is at 3pm, its almost 9pm and i still dont have a rooml yet

We had a great stay, thank you! The hotel was clean, beautiful and QUIET. And the staff, including David, Dee and Faith were so friendly and helpful—both over the phone and in person! We attended a function at the Boxboro Regency, and this Hilton was 8-10 minutes further out than the closest hotel (Courtyard Marriott) but well worth it because the Hilton was in a far quieter area. (The Courtyard Marriott also receives terrible customer service reviews.) Thank you again!

It was generic and just okay. The lasting impression I will have is the rude breakfast staff who jumped on me for filling my water bottle from a pitcher. Perhaps having an urn of ice water available for guests would help that staff member who seemed to be ultra concerned about her pitcher being emptied too quickly. She also said the water was for guests, and I had to say that I was a guest. She then proceeded to watch me walk around the breakfast buffet. Not welcoming behavior at all.

there are not a lot of places around to eat

It was a short walk to a small strip mall right next to the Fort Devens base with Dunkin, gas station, Convenience Store, and other stores. Came in quite handy.

I liked that the location was in a safe and quiet palce.

Good value to be by the Airbase with amenities close enough to work on no more than a mid sized budget.

Quiet area

First off the room was over $300 for one night with zero amenities. Not even breakfast included. Breakfast was an additional $16 charge. The walls are thin and the hotel loud most of the night. Attempted to eat dinner in the hotel, but the waitress was so unbelievably rude that we ended up leaving. She made it quite apparent that she does not like her job and that we would be ruining her night if she had to do her work. I would not stay here again! Also, there is nothing around this hotel. It’s in the middle of nowhere and they still find it fit to charge outrageous rates for one night.

Very clean, quiet place. No restaurant service on Sundays? Apparently people dont eat on Sundays there..SMH

The breakfast menu was one of the items I remembered as being superior when I last stayed at this hotel in early spring. Same server as then and she is very attentive and friendly. There is nothing like having a leisurely breakfast looking out the picture windows at new-fallen snow before going off to a day of hard intense work recording a new CD for my label.

Overall experience was very good, one thing I didn’t really understand is why charge $19 per person for breakfast I think that is an outrageous amount for 1 person for breakfast. I was surprised when i received a bill for a little over $40 for my son and I and we didn’t eat much at all.

It was a bit more expensive than the Marriott next door. While the hotel was in good condition it did not offer free breakfast like the Marriott did.

Our room was average. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but things were dated. The only outlet in the bathroom wasn't working, so I had to dry my hair by the desk. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and you could hear people speaking loudly in the hall while we were trying to sleep. My main issue though was with the breakfast. It was set up like most hotels with free breakfast, but it was not free. $12.99 to eat the cold items. $19.99 for things that were hot, including the eggs, bacon and home fries in the chafing dishes. Those are outrageous prices! The server had a hard time keeping people from just seating themselves. (I forgot to mention that there was a "Please wait to be seated" podium in front of the walkway that was easy to miss.) The room was way overpriced. $425. for one night in October with no breakfast included is crazy. The only reason I chose it was because my daughter was playing in a lacrosse tournament at the fields down the street, and it was easy to walk to.
