We went with our 2 kids. It was super kids friendly, the ninja and junior parks were in excellent conditions. The same with thw swimming pool and the kids pool. It was really clean and well organised. We will definitely come back.

Staff were fantastic. Site camping very tight. Not what we enjoy. Ok for a weekend stay but too cramped for longer stay . Facilities always kept clean and tidy . Permanent housing very run down and untidy . Needs to have tenants keep to a better standard . All holiday sites very well kept .

We stayed in the deluxe villa. It was spaciuos and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and so was the playground.

this is a well-equipped holiday village. Conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants on the Gold Coast. It caters for all types of stays from tent campers to Cabin stays. Fantastic BBQ area, camp kitchen, pool, waterslide, laundry, everything you could possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay. The staff were all helpful, happy and friendly, from the cleaning staff, management team and the grounds workers.

Fantastic location to explore Gold Coast. Close to restaurants and bus. Fantastic water slide for kids. The amenities are a little tired but shower has great hot water. Lots of staff and nice grounds.

We stayed here for one night in a grass powered tent site, the site had minimal grass so thankfully we were in a very small tent. The bathroom and shower facilities were immaculate, the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a campground, in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Iceland or Australia….. impressed. The kitchen facilities were minimal, but exactly what was needed. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great and had a water slide for the kids. I would recommend this site if you’re stopping through or looking for somewhere to base to explore the area, or just for an overall stay with kids. It was great.

Unfortunately this caravan park is very run down. Our room had no smoke detector, had just been cleaned but was still Grubby as and was riddled with mould. The playground and water slide are covered in rust. Was overall disappointed, the room for the price was a huge let down.

Staff were really friendly. However when we first arrived their were 20 flies flying around in our unit, runbish underneath furniture, bedrooms not vacummed. We spent the 1st 1/2 hour cleaning. The wifi was weak, we could not access the internet for most of our stay. Other than that we made the most of what was a good location and holiday. The properties location is handy to shops, beach and local restaurants.

It's a really cheap stay so it's something we can expect but would not come again. The location is good quite next to restaurants and the beach at Miami.

I am impressed with this accommodation site. I stayed in a villa which looked updated and was very clean. I like the spacious villa size and I liked that we were close to the pool, slide and eating area. I found bugs in the cupboard near the kitchen and they must know about it as there was a can of fly spray in the cupboard for me to use. A bit gross. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with the kids.

Parking was stupid. So skinny and had plants all along which after the rain all our footwear was soaked. One plant caught my wifes shirt and ripped it. Air con was full of mould and filters were filthy. Front verandah was filthy. Nearly $400 a night and don’t even have an ac for main bedroom. Had to keep doors open in bedrooms so ac in lounge would cool down rooms. Facilities were good for the kids they enjoyed the pool area and playgrounds. Wouldn’t stay again to be honest. Bit of a tourist trap.

I choose this property as it was close to some training I was doing. Price was good. There were issues getting into the property due to roadworks, which should not reflect on the property itself but it was frustrating. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was convenient. The room as clean BUT the vertical blind was missing 2 blades and this reduced privacy. The air conditioner was in F not C and there was no remote and it was set way up high. The TV had no remote and could not be used. The power point had only one socket working. And this was the point I thought I had been charging my phone in. Has potential to be excellent with some TLC.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The most memorable aspect of my stay was the overwhelming smell of formaldehyde in our room. After traveling for some time, we were looking forward to resting in a comfortable and inviting space, but upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a pungent odor that made it nearly impossible to relax. It took us almost two hours of opening windows, running the ventilation system, and even using some air fresheners we had on hand to make the smell tolerable. For a hotel that claims to prioritize guest comfort, this oversight is truly disappointing. I understand that new renovations might cause such issues, but proper measures should have been taken to ensure that rooms are ready for guests before check - in. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to prevent future guests from having to endure a similar experience.

Wifi connection in the villas was really poor, at times it was non existent. This was disappointing as free wifi was one of our non negotiable criteria and free wifi in rooms was advertised. Other than this, the place is amazing and the staff are lovely.

For a tourist park , Nearly 500 for a two night stay in a standard suite that was wasn’t even back packer level at best. 3 Missing front blind slats! Couldn’t get any privacy and block out light! mould In bathroom, and shower recess , chunks missing on wood work , missing paint etc. massive cracks in block wall, no table, no chair to even sit on. upon entry the smell of carpet deodoriser ? was over the top first night we got head ache from smell. Für eine digital nicht versierte Dame wie ich (71 J ), wobei on line Ausfüllen nicht geklappt hat & sehr späte Anreise ( Ankunft 00.15 ), hatte ich die Befürchtung keinen Zugang zu meiner Villa zu bekommen ( beim Abflug), bei Ankuft erfuhr ich , dass der Zugang doch geregelt wurde. Gut war , dass Security- Person mir half, meine Villa in der Dunkelheit zu finden

The website says the property is right next to the beach - it is not. There is a 6 lane highway under construction outside the door and even after that has been crossed the beach is nowhere to be seen. No policing of noise in the park. I was woken at 10pm by residents of number 27 studio talking under my window- until 2am even after they were asked to keep their voices down politely. This national camping rule should be clearly explained to every customer. I had a 10hour drive today starting at 5am. I got 2 hours sleep before 10 and an hour after 2am. Not good value for money at all in any way. You would be wise to update your website to let potential customers know correct information and make the noise rule more prominent in the park.

Lovely stay and got upgraded to better room and wasn’t charged for extra person staying the night. road works happening near the park..hard to cross the road to the cafes and shops. Would definitely stay again.

The fact that the sign says they've got activities for guests weekly too, when it said "Thursday morning breakfast pancakes" I felt 100% @ home!! The area is good near public transport & shops. I've had bad experiences at other caravan//holiday villages in the past but this was the best I've ever stayed in.

The room is a basic camping ground cabin. Not alot of room for bags. comfortable enough. But had great access to the Gold Coast public transport, and some good eating places as well. it served its purpose

Fantastic location to explore Gold Coast. Close to restaurants and bus. Fantastic water slide for kids. The amenities are a little tired but shower has great hot water. Lots of staff and nice grounds.

Although the main entrance is blocked by public works, there is easy access from rear entrance with simple friendly check in and out. Great amenities for our tent camping stay.

We stayed here for one night in a grass powered tent site, the site had minimal grass so thankfully we were in a very small tent. The bathroom and shower facilities were immaculate, the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a campground, in Canada, the USA, Mexico, Iceland or Australia….. impressed. The kitchen facilities were minimal, but exactly what was needed. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great and had a water slide for the kids. I would recommend this site if you’re stopping through or looking for somewhere to base to explore the area, or just for an overall stay with kids. It was great.

For the family-friendly price we paid, it was excellent value. Free entertainment was great - pool, water slide, games room, shared barbecue. Late check-in was managed well. Reception doubled as shop.

The room was not clean (floor, sink) and the shared facilities as well. The room should be renovated completely. The wifi was not working 2 days and we didn't got any notice even we asked for. It's a really cheap stay so it's something we can expect but would not come again. The location is good quite next to restaurants and the beach at Miami.

this is a well-equipped holiday village. Conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants on the Gold Coast. It caters for all types of stays from tent campers to Cabin stays. Fantastic BBQ area, camp kitchen, pool, waterslide, laundry, everything you could possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay. The staff were all helpful, happy and friendly, from the cleaning staff, management team and the grounds workers.

Lovely surprise to see that the studio rooms had been renovated great set up and clean comfortable stay .Very family friendly park great children’s holiday park program on for the holidays .Close drive to the sports club for meals .Local shops across the road and short walk to the beach and surf club.

The cottage we stayed in was old and dated. Carpets were dirty. Walls were cracking and the door was filthy. The bin was in the bathroom! It reminded me of motel room from a movie scene. We tried to change the accommodation but the person at reception just told us ," we are fully booked." No interest in trying to find out why we were dissatisfied with our accommodation and when I told her
