Convenient location. Booked a non-smoking room; however, the room had a strong cigarette smell. Room did not have an iron; however, was able to borrow the iron from the office/front desk.

The carpet was extremely damp and had a foul smell, and it wasn’t from being recently shampooed. The AC didn’t work initially, so I had to call the front desk for help. I then learned that they control the AC’s power remotely from the front desk. The shower also took a long time to warm up. The worst part was the noise. The hotel is on a busy main street with heavy traffic at night, and the constant traffic noise kept me from sleeping.
