Nice motel good location, room spacious and clean. Parking spots outside rooms a bit haphazard, could do with numbering spots so you know which one is alloc aged to your room.recommend.

Close to freeway (but still quiet), spacious family room. Clean bedding and towels. Toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery were a bonus. Could have done with an extra set of clean sheets, so that the kids didn’t have to share a bed. Surfaces were all clean however the room could do with a deep clean with more attention given to mold.

As it was very cold about. 5 degrees although we had the heating on in the room however the electric blankets did not work, so we had the heating on at 22 all night.

Easy stop off the motorway for a clean and comfortable nights rest. A short few minute drive into town where there are a number of dining options. We purchased takeaway from Many’s Chinese and Asian restaurant and took it back to our room where we enjoyed our own dining table and kitchenette with crockery, cutlery and wine glasses.

I had an excellent stay at Willows Motel Goulburn. Check in was friendly and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and the shower were both very good. I appreciated the kitchenette facilities and microwave, but there was no teatowel nor dishcloth supplied, maybe an oversight? The tv was a good size but the sound very poor. The heating was quiet and efficient.

Was a spacious room with a great kitchenette. Shower hot water was great just a little small for a larger person clean and tidy. Was quiet no road noise from adjacent road would stay again thanks

We were warmly welcomed to the motel which was very clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and the location was quiet. The tariff was very reasonable.

Carpet was very worn & filthy in our room. Lights & heater did not work in bathroom. Electric blankets did not work.

Parking spaces too narrow, needed to ask another driver to pull out so I could open drivers door enough to exit, both cars parked in middle of marked lines. TV not working properly, no proper reception and not all foxtel channels advertised available.

Liked the option to park right outside the room. The room was neat and clean but the carpet and little dinning table shows signs of wear and should be replaced. The shower also had a crack in it.

Toilet seat didn't fit kept falling off, rusty nail sticking out in shower recess,very amateur job fixing basin tap, whole fixture moved, came back after a long day out to find the bed unmade and cups not washed. Definitely will not stay again.

Food crumbs on carpet, carpet stained and looked very unclean. Cobwebs in vanity cupboard as well as a previous guest’s toothbrush. Strong odour in bathroom, maybe from the drains or the mould growing on the ceiling.

Motel is very quiet, clean and bathroom and kitchenette are modern. Room was in excellent condition. Reception staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay again. Overall an excellent stay.

Motel needs a good overhaul . Carpets were dirty, blinds stained, bathroom old and small and well used.

Sadly this motel is badly in need of maintenance and upgrade. electric switches loose on walls, almost all taps loose on mountings and toilet seat extremely loose on toilet. When the latter was brought to the immediate attention of the person who signed us in, he apologised and said he would attend to it next day, but we doubt that this would have happened. The carpet was absolutely disgraceful, showing a long history of spills and soilage. It urgently needs replacement.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. Completely disgusting with our room cleanliness. Dog treat beef ear was left under the bed, and there were heaps of dead cockroaches around the room and a moth that was still alive. The floor was not even vacuumed. We first noticed it when we went to charge our mobile phones on the bedside tables. There was even food on the wall tiles in the bathroom and on the wall near the tv. At checkout, my husband dealt with reception as I was too angry. My husband asked the reception when was the room last vacuumed. The reception informed him yesterday prior to check-in. Excuse me but how could it have been when it was left filthy. My husband even took up a clear plastic see through container of all the disgusting things that was picked up off of our floor to show the people at the reception. The reception didn't seem to care and said that the manager would need to look into it. Excuse me but what the. My husband asked for a full refund or at least a partial discount on the room, but was denied that. How does the Willows Motel Goulburn Accommodation Cancellation Policy apply to us when we didn't even cancel our room in the first place. The motel asked if we had inspected the room 24 hours before making our booking. How can that be when we had made our booking reservation on February 18th for February 21st and we weren't even at Goulburn at the time until the day of the booked night. When has a motel ever required an inspection of the room 24 ho

The only thing I didn't like was noise from Sydney Road. I guess that was because my room was near the front of the complex, close to the office.

Very comfortable and quiet

Will not stay again, very very noisy, bad smell out of bathroom drain, enough coffee for 1 drink, rattley windows, had to put a chair against the door to stop it banging and stop the light and wind coming through, beds so unlevel you get a blood rush, soap may as well be water, they allow kids to run and ride scooters past guest rooms and near cars. Reception dont help. Was very disappointed. Never again

Absolutely brilliant property. Quiet, comfortable bed, good size and awesome shower pressure.

Wonderful motel on the edge of town. Lots of room and comfortable.

We were upgraded to a king bed room which was appreciated. Room not super new and daggy decor. Carpet had been vacuumed but was seriously stained which made us feel grotty. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette was adequate. Bathroom was satisfactory. Overall stay was ok as we were not there long. Resident of adjoining suite parked his enormous truck in car park which is not allowed according to signage. Luckily we did not hear his early departure next morning. Fittings were shabby and loose (tap wobbly on basin, power points moved, shower shelf wonky). Had to connect to wi fi outside then go back into room, as not possible to connect within the room. Place needs some upgrades and TLC to lure us back again.

Rom was very good. Shower cubicle was very small and somewhat claustrophobic.

Staff member who checked us in could hardly be bothered getting up off the chair, we then went back to reception to ask about a local taxi to which he replied "what" customer service 0/10

Clean, quiet and close to town.

Overall this was an excellent, clean property. It was very quiet but the room was airconditioned well, had a nice bed and the lady at check in was very nice. If you want to be very very picky the minuses are 1. quite a distance out of town about 2km especially for things like restaurants and supermarkets. 2. The pillows were very hard and 3. the male owner is a little brusque. Like I said minor things but upon my travels around Goulburn it certainly looked the best option in terms of condition, age, upkeep and looks and value for money.

Easy to locate on the outskirts of town.

Despite being set off a main road, this was a quiet stay. The room was a good size, bed very comfortable, and the aircon was nice and quiet. The manager was very friendly. It is about 2ks from town, but this did not worry me as I enjoyed the walk in to get dinner. If you don't like walking, you'll need to drive to get a feed.

a. Very welcoming, friendly, and efficient reception. Very clean room. A/C well located so it didn’t blow directly on the bed. Kettle, mini-fridge, and microwave included. Comfy bed with new crisp sheets. Tons of hot water in the shower. Tidy and clean parking area. Small seating area just outside the door with a small patio table. We stayed on our first night in Auz and again on our second to last. The first night was with a smaller room but the second was a much larger one which included a sofa. Only negatives were the slightly worn carpets in both rooms. We came back the 2nd time because we found the first night very restful. Definitely would come again.
