Alles bestens! Wir wurden abends schon erwartet, um einzuchecken, unser Hund war sehr willkommen, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und das Frühstück absolut in Ordnung!

Aus medizinischen Gründen mussten wir ungeplant einen Tag früher abreisen. Meine Frau musste ins Krankenhaus. Das Hotel war sofort bereit die letzte Übernachtung zu stornieren. wir sind seit Jahren Gast des Hauses. Doch da ich über EXPEDIA gebucht hatte, war eine Stornierung nur über EXPEDIA möglich. Das war sehr nervenaufreibend. Erst Online Homepage, dann über eine 069 Telefonat und schließlich eine Verbindung mit den USA. Dort war man wohl bemüht mir weiter zu helfen, hat mich aber ca. 20 Minuten warten lassen. Letztendlich wurde mir aber die nicht erforderliche Übernachtung nicht berechnet. Fazit: eine komplette Buchung rechtzeitig zu stornieren ist bei EXPEDIA offensichtlich einfacher als ein Tag weniger zu Stornieren. Das Hotel und die Küche, sowie das Personal sind sehr gastorientiert. Die Küche ist Spitze. Da das Frühstück extra berechnet wird, ist der Preis recht stark gestiegen, was weniger erfreulich ist.
