Very strict on Check In/Out, has P1000 Deposit for check in & P500 Deposit for requesting another key card, room is big which is nice but A/C isn't cooling since everything shuts off when key card is removed if youre eating out which a bit inconvenient esp if you have a gadgets that needs charging, found cheaper options near the area which we think is more premium than this hotel.

I have always stayed at Pinnacle when I visit Davao City, and was always happy about my stay…however, on this occasion, I felt the room I was in was not very clean, curtains falling off the rail, facing another bedroom window, toilets not very sanitised.

The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing.

設備が古いがきれいにしてあった。洗面台の排水口の栓の仕組みが壊れて開かなくなり、水が流れなくなったので部屋を変わったが、その部屋も同じく排水栓が開かなくなった。ケーブルテレビがあったが、まともに見れるのはBBCくらい。他は画像が荒いかローカル放送で言葉が分からない。朝ごはんは美味しかったし、スタッフは親切。

Arrived at the hotel for check in. I had booked 4 nights and prepaid. The hotel was under renovation and I had to find another hotel late evening. There was no prior notice or cancellation by the hotel. At least Expedia was helpful to get my refund.

最悪でした、部屋は掃除がされてなく床やテーブルにはほこりだらけでハンドタオルがなく会計の時は明細書ももらえず領収書だけで、フロントにマッサージをお願いしても次の朝まで来なくとにかく最悪です。

The staff were very accommodating . They work hard to clean it. THe decor is.very dated There are no drawers, just a cupboard with shelving and a rod with 6 hangers. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varies daily. The restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food.is tasty. We had.a nice view.

The staff were all good and it’s a great location. My only disappointment was that i was there for 3 weeks and the toilet was not cleaned for 3 weeks and towels were not changed everyday. But I enjoyed staying there and the restaurant food was excellent

I was there to stay only for two days but ended up extended extra 3 days, because of how wonderful everything turned out. Very friendly staffing and helpful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Can walk to big mall in 5 minutes. Nothing negative except breakfast buffet has limited choice. Over all I would rate this hotel a 9+ out of 10. Definitely will go back to stay.

There were bugs in the room and beddings were dingy, pillows were so lumpy, and the towels were gray which I’m sure were white at one time. When I brought my concern to the staff’s attention they offered me another room but not that much different. They said they have a better room but I will have to pay extra for it. We had a 3 day reservation but checked out in less than 24hrs. I was not spending another penny on this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel even stay in business and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking your stay here.

Room charge for “smoking/vaping in the room” when I don’t even smoke and I didn’t even stay there the night before. Was only there to shower. Was told that maybe the teenagers I was with were smoking/vaping. I was staying by myself since my mom already left that morning… both of us don’t smoke at all…

What’s there not to like about this Hotel. Everyone from security to front desk staff to restaurant workers always treat us well. That’s mainly the reason we have stayed at this hotel in Davao more than 25 times.

Staff at the front desk aren’t very nice, she let me stand waiting with out even saying anything until I finally ask her to check in and she just said “ wait lang sir”. Not very friendly at all..

Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.

Difficult to walk to the mall though it is one street away. Lack of sidewalks and vehicles blocking pedestrians forcing to walk on busy street. During peak hours, there is competition for any services due to medical school and elementary school students converging along with tourists and visitors.

The staff were all good and it’s a great location. My only disappointment was that i was there for 3 weeks and the toilet was not cleaned for 3 weeks and towels were not changed everyday. But I enjoyed staying there and the restaurant food was excellent

I was there to stay only for two days but ended up extended extra 3 days, because of how wonderful everything turned out. Very friendly staffing and helpful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Can walk to big mall in 5 minutes. Nothing negative except breakfast buffet has limited choice. Over all I would rate this hotel a 9+ out of 10. Definitely will go back to stay.

I’ve always stayed at Pinnacle Hotel when I visit my family ever since Marco Polo shut down. I always find it was quite convenient and the staff are friendly…however, this stay, I was a bit disappointed about their breakfast service! They ALWAYS ran out of fruits, dishes, Filipino kakanin and they were not topped up quickly, causing guests to wait 15-20 for a single dish ! If a paying guest dines, food should be available…

The staff were very accommodating . They work hard to clean it. THe decor is.very dated There are no drawers, just a cupboard with shelving and a rod with 6 hangers. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varies daily. The restaurant service is a bit slow, but the food.is tasty. We had.a nice view.

The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing.

View from balcony room was spetacular. All amenities in room were well maintained. Hot water was abundant at all times. Breakfast was high point of every day. Best deal for the money in Mindanao

I have stayed at Pinnacle three times previously and this time, I have to keep asking the staff to refill the breakfast as the the containers were empty and the fruit platters were always empty!!! You should have someone checking the amount of food as it’s annoying to keep waiting!

The biggest positive about the Pinnacle Hotel is its location. It's very well positioned in Davao, and almost everywhere I needed to go was within about 15 minutes. I also found two really nice bars just down the street that I would definitely visit again. Location and convenience were easily the best parts of my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. The entire property feels like it hasn't been renovated in decades and is overdue for a major refresh. There's also a strange smell throughout the hotel, including inside the rooms. When you first enter the hotel, it's surprisingly hot as well, which doesn't make for the best first impression. The front desk staff came across as a little rude during my experience. Another thing I found strange was receiving only one room key when there were two people staying in the room. We actually had to request a second key so we could come and go separately. That shouldn't be something two registered guests have to specifically ask for. Breakfast was actually pretty good, although I didn't have an opportunity to try the other food at the hotel. Overall, the location saves this property. It's extremely convenient for getting around Davao, but for what I paid, I expected something much better maintained. With a serious renovation, improved ventilation, attention to the smell, and better front desk service, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

二回目の利用。スタッフの方の対応はとても素晴らしい。玄関の警備方もいつも笑顔で迎えてくれて、ビジネスでの利用だったが疲れて帰ってきても癒された。設備の古さは否めないが、エアコンもちゃんと効くし、近所にお店もあるので使い勝手はいい。
