Voor de prijskwaliteit verhouding was het waardeloos. Voor die prijs en klasse verwacht je toch goede voorzieningen. Warm water was er niet. Op aller heetste stand was douchen en badderen nog koud. Water temperatuur was nog geen 37 graden. Internet was nog op oude telefoonmodem snelheid. Voor de rest was het eigenlijk perfect wat je in die klasse ook verwacht. Okay de bank was flink doorgezakt. Maar de rest was toch wel zoals één half miljoen appartement eruit moet zien.

Voor de prijskwaliteit verhouding was het waardeloos. Voor die prijs en klasse verwacht je toch goede voorzieningen. Warm water was er niet. Op aller heetste stand was douchen en badderen nog koud. Water temperatuur was nog geen 37 graden. Internet was nog op oude telefoonmodem snelheid. Voor de rest was het eigenlijk perfect wat je in die klasse ook verwacht. Okay de bank was flink doorgezakt. Maar de rest was toch wel zoals één half miljoen appartement eruit moet zien.

I stayed at Nassima because I thought it would be close to the Trade Center as I was in Dubai for a work conference. It turns out that due to the location, you have to either walk FAR or take an uber/taxi, which means you're stuck in so much traffic. For this reason, I would never stay here again if I'm at a Trade Center conference. It's NOT walkable and even the metro stop is a distance away with a lot of walking. On the good news, the connectoin to the Voca Hotel is fantastic because the breakfast buffet was delicious. Coffee was terrible. The best part about the experience was the STAFF. Fantastic check in and check out experience with the ladies at the desk was very quick, hospitable, and when my room was missing several things upon check in, they sent it up quickly. I want to appreciate Kashif the valet who was professional, helpful, and kind.

Friendly staff with good service. Once they attended our call to send service guy at 3 am. We took one bedroom apartment which was specious and with all facilities. I can recommend and would love to visit again.

It is a terrible interior, furniture and carpet. Sofa was bad too. Washing machine didn't work. Customer service was so bad. Boys were helpful in assisting. But customer service has only one answer, if washing machine breaks what can we do. Except shower, everything is in a poor state. More like a two star housing. They have a pool and gym attached from next door hotel. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the apartment given.

Séjour agréable, hôtel à proximité des restaurants, du métro, avenue agréable L’appartement très spacieux, très belle vue Mais ustensiles de cuisine très abîmés , les serviettes très vieilles . Worst experience. I was told room is ready when i checkedin. When i reached the room staff was sitting in the room and said it is not ready pls come back after some time. Couches were stained and looked dirty. There was no water at night. In the morning when i went for shower the water coming out was literally brown.

We booked 2 one-bedroom apartments because we’re 5 adults and these have 4 bathrooms…. Dirty bathrooms like they have not been cleaned for ages! Major maintenance issues! No house cleaning no service!!! Also no towels no tissues no toilet roll no toiletries! They said upon request!!! We requested but were told we can only get 2 !!!!! I had to fight for towels! Reception people were cooperative. Overall if it wasn’t for sold out gitex circumstances we would not stay

Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. Everyone from the front desk staff to the security at the front of the building to the bell hops, it was definitely the staff that made my stay so special

Séjour agréable, hôtel à proximité des restaurants, du métro, avenue agréable L’appartement très spacieux, très belle vue Mais ustensiles de cuisine très abîmés , les serviettes très vieilles . Worst experience. I was told room is ready when i checkedin. When i reached the room staff was sitting in the room and said it is not ready pls come back after some time. Couches were stained and looked dirty. There was no water at night. In the morning when i went for shower the water coming out was literally brown.

Fantastic location and nice space. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. They are so accommodating and kind, they go out of their way to make sure you have all the amenities you could need. Everyone from the front desk staff to the security at the front of the building to the bell hops, it was definitely the staff that made my stay so special

I stayed at Nassima because I thought it would be close to the Trade Center as I was in Dubai for a work conference. It turns out that due to the location, you have to either walk FAR or take an uber/taxi, which means you're stuck in so much traffic. For this reason, I would never stay here again if I'm at a Trade Center conference. It's NOT walkable and even the metro stop is a distance away with a lot of walking. On the good news, the connectoin to the Voca Hotel is fantastic because the breakfast buffet was delicious. Coffee was terrible. The best part about the experience was the STAFF. Fantastic check in and check out experience with the ladies at the desk was very quick, hospitable, and when my room was missing several things upon check in, they sent it up quickly. I want to appreciate Kashif the valet who was professional, helpful, and kind.

Incredible location, great service. Micheal , Mohamed, Saqib and the front desk team are courteous, understanding, and a credit to the establishment. 5/5. The front desk team puts the guest first and were very helpful on numerous occasions, chose to cancel a stay elsewhere and extend here.

Friendly staff with good service. Once they attended our call to send service guy at 3 am. We took one bedroom apartment which was specious and with all facilities. I can recommend and would love to visit again.

Hôtel très bien situé, à trois stations de métro seulement du Burj Khalifa! Appartement hôtel propre et personnel aimable et serviable ! Je recommande pour une famille seulement de quatre personnes, car le canapé-lit n’est pas du tout adapté pour y dormir!

Booked the hotel on short notice. Contacted them just before boarding my 8 hour flight if they could arrange pickup from hotel. All was arranged perfect. Staff was personally making sure all was good. Arravied very late at night and was met by a great night staff welcoming me. Breakfast was awesome day after. Ungortunatly I had to leave one day earlier staff was concerned something was wrong and contacted me while I was on the flight home checking on me. This kind of service and care I dont experience often. If you plan to visit Dubai world trade center I can warmly reccomend Nassima Towers Apparment hotel. Great people, food and only 10 min walk from DWTC. Also only 2 stations from Dubai mall.

Hotel was nice and clean, location not the best but is fine to get taxis and the metro is located right out front. Room was clean and spacious but needed some lamps as having the large room lights on all the time became quite annoying. All round a good stay
