Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise

Clean and great location.

Best place to stay in Surfers Paradise - right on the beach and plenty of food options at Cavill Ave. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished with semi-housekeeping - daily change of towels and making of beds. Breakfast is absolutely delicious.

Booked 1 bedroom apartment and were given a 2 bedroom with the room locked out. Nice furnishings-clean and in good condition. Loved the 27th floor view. Apartment was clean, kitchen well equipped and A/C worked well. Stayed 3 nights and were advised of daily light housekeeping however our first day we had no room cleaning until I phoned twice after 3:00 pm. Second day the bed was made and towels replaced. Parking is easy. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed as a family of four with two teenagers. Peppers is in a brilliant location, right in the middle of all the action. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on 24th floor which was spacious and the views were iconic. The kitchen was well equipped. The teens enjoyed their own space. The balcony furniture was comfortable and good quality. We were only there for 2 nights so didn’t get to use all the facilities, but the roof garden was a delightful sanctuary, and the gym was clean, quiet and well equipped. Parking was easy. The only downside was at checkout when the lifts were super busy and we had to wait 20mins for one to come. Checkout was simple however - just a key drop and off you go.

The view is incomparable and the venue directly opposite the beach is amazing. BUT - the apartment has very old, dirty furniture and the cleanliness is terrible. Filthy cups left in cupboard, fingerprints all over cupboards, bathrooms awful. The couch was so dirty we couldn’t sit on it and it stunk. The leather seats were cracked and could be sat on. Glass dining table dirty with food etc. not happy to pay good money for an old, dirty room. Very disappointed!
