Ibis Tanger City Center

The Ibis chain is very poor and doesn’t invest in their properties as they should , zero amenities, terrible low quality breakfast bar. Towels are very cheap and not clean , parking is horrible

The hotel in center of town . prime location. Free parking, nice breakfat.

Simpel niets speciaals ook een beetje verouderd. Wou na 00u drinken de bar was dicht kon zelf geen water verkrijgen. Bizar...

Not good. Room smelled musty. A sock was covering the smoke alarm. Pool area was grim.

Good value hotel, well located in the centre of Tangier. Walking distance to beach, City Mall shopping centre and resteraunts. Free parking at front of hotel. Very comfortable bed. Hotel starting to get a little worn in places but no issues. Breakfast buffet had no fresh fruit.

Megot et nourriture plancher piscine. Serviettes utilisées redonné aux baigneurs de la piscine.

Not clean bad smell

As a traveller who’s spent many years in the hotel business a word of advice…if it’s in the room make sure it works! Repairs and Maintenance department needs a revamp … The rooms aren’t cleaned properly,..toilet, air con filter, shower doesn’t drain, part of shower door only opens halfway. Shall I go on? Pick up your game it’s woeful.

Hôtel très très vétuste, la chambre que l’on m’a accordée était extrêmement sale et la douche ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai dû attendre le lendemain pour qu’on me change de chambre.

The shower was dirty and the maintenance was poor.

Salle de bain pas du tout nettoyer j'ai trouver des poils sur la faïence de la douche, la faïence de la douche etait noir surtout les joints et le syfon de la douche noir. Lavabo noir au niveau des joints. Service propreter laisse indésirable en dessous du lit plein de poussiere.

Nice location but not very clean

After checking in we found bedbugs in our room. They didn't have another room to switch to so we left and went to another hotel.

The bathroom was infested with ants. So cleanliness was a major issue. For the price, the facilities were quite basic. WiFi did not work most of the time.

Worth the price but needs renovation and cleanliness… we changed our 1st room because the bathroom wall was very dirty, as someone sprayed the wall with blue ink, and in the 2nd room the shower couldn’t drain… The staff was kind and attentive. The hotel is near the train station, the beach and there’s lots of restaurants by walk.

Close to train station, clean and convenient. Rooms average. No AC but nice big window only downfall is mosquitoes but worth the location and price. Stayed 2 days

The adt was not free the AC was not working properly I had asked for non smoking room and was given a room that raked of cigarette smoke room was clean but the smell made for unpleasantry staff was very friendly the made up for the downfalls. In the shower had moldy grout on walls

The room was too noisy, I couldn’t sleep, I was so exhausted as I had a long journey. toilet was in bad condition…. I will not stay there again

The location of this property is nice and central to everything we wanted to do. It’s a bigger chain type hotel so we expected a certain level of professionalism and hospitality which we didn’t receive. The only two things about this hotel that are worth noting is the bed was comfortable and the shower was big and nice. Now to address the lack of professionalism. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. When you call reception from the room they don’t answer. We needed our room key reactivated because they deactivated it, there were four people standing there, one was helping a guest the other three just stood there looking at us waiting. We ordered from a food delivery service the front desk refused to help the delivery driver to contact our room (which they did the previous time) and is usually what they do. When my husband went downstairs to speak to the front desk about not answering the phone and to grab our order he asked the rep why he wasn’t answering the phone and the rep gave an excuse to not hearing the phone or possibly being on the other line (we tried MULITPLE times to reach the front desk, no answer). The previous night we called because we ran out of toilet paper, no answer from the reception desk. When my husband went downstairs the reps sit behind the wall and don’t come out unless security notifies them there is someone waiting. The other complaints about only 2 towels and the hotel rooms being very minimal are true. Breakfast not worth it, very basic.

Paid in full when booking. On arrival the staff insisted the room hadn’t been paid for despite me showing them the receipt. They wanted a ‘pre-authorisation’ payment for the cost of the room again. Now charged to credit card and are not responding to requests for a refund. Buyer beware.

Location is great! Near the train station, a big shopping mall with supermarket, the sea, and many restaurants near by. Breakfast is good, not many fruits and veggie options but there was variety of juices during breakfast.

The property is conveniently located close to railway station, beach and restaurants. The rooms are strictly OK but the prices are lower than neighboring hotels.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut. Die Zimmerausstattung sind ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist besonders vielfältig und schmeckt gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich dem Bahnhof naheliegend und einem Einkaufszentrum. Mit ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man auch bereits den Strand und die Promenade.

The buffet was The BEST in Morocco! There is also a lovely swimming pool which I enjoyed! Nice and helpful employees 😁

La chambre était correcte et en adéquation avec le prix, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, j’ai été un peu déçue par le petit déjeuner : bien qu’il y ait beaucoup de choix, les saveurs n’étaient pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Un point important à revoir : le nettoyage de la salle de bain. Il y avait des traces de moisissure dans le bac de douche, ce qui est dommage et impacte l’expérience globale. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour moyen, mais avec quelques ajustements, l’hôtel pourrait proposer une meilleure qualité de service.

Worn off property, terrible pillows Very limited (baguette, one type of cheese and orange juice) breakfast absolutely not worth the money. The only welcome words we received from staff were our room number. No welcome, no breakfast hours, no time to check out, not even the direction to the room. And I may expect this attitude elsewhere it chain hotels should maintain certain standards of,but it seems Accor forgot they have this property in their portfolio . Disappointing

Une semaine a Tanger et autour,4 hotels differents,le meilleur petit déjeuner etait a celui là, avec une equipe accueil services etc ,au top .

No pudimos tomar el desayuno porque lo sacaron tarde. Nos indicaron que era desde las 6:00 am y bajamos a tomar el desayuno a las 6:18 am y solo había pan, jugo y unos huevos duros. El resto del menú no estaba listo. Quiero que me regresen el dinero del desayuno que pagué adicional. Gracias
