Our stay was wonderful! The location was great. The staff was very friendly. The room and hotel was clean and beautiful. Having complimentary breakfast made our mornings very relaxed. The beds were comfortable. We visited the spa and had a great service.

Selv om hotellet ligger litt utenfor er det ingen grunn til ikke å bo her. Området er stille og rolig, bassenget er nydelig, og maten er også veldig god. Vi opplevde at det var veldig ryddig og rent, personellet var veldig opptatt av å hjelpe det de kunne. Vi spiste middag på hotellet to ganger og var fornøyd. Frokosten er også bra, med en egen kokk som lager egg-retter på bestilling. Rommene var store og fine, og det er sol hele dagen for de som ønsker å få seg litt tan og bare slappe av.

I was looking for a special place that was unique and I found this incredible hidden gem. It is absolutely stunning in person property itself and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They helped my mom up a few steps and once we got the room I was in heaven. It is classy, the food is incredible and the pool is super clean as well as everywhere else. Great escape from the world and it’s close to the wineries. I will return again!!!

tayed here in August 2024 and we absolutely fell in love with this place. We stayed here between our travel from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, and this was the perfect retreat. It was our first time in Mendoza and only had 2-days so we really wanted to focus on the wine country and relax, and Villa Mansa was perfect. Upon arrival you are greeted by the 2 most stunning Bernais Mountain Dogs (Alicia & her pup), and they're super friendly. Once inside the lobby the staff was great - got us checked in & gave us the lay of land quickly. Rooms are very spacious, with a large King bed and couch/day bed as well. We were on the ground floor so we had a lovely patio that opened out to the yard. The property is very removed from the city and nearby restaurants/shops, but the restaurant on property was perfect for our stay, and enjoyed their daily breakfast, a lunch and dinner there. They have a huge wine list as well that you can enjoy while lounging in the yard area or poolside. There is also a paved walking/bike trail right off of the property where we enjoyed morning & evening walks to walk past the surrounding vineyards. We're already trying to plan when we can go back during the summer months. Highly recommend this property!

Ficamos em um dos bangalôs externos, limpeza e amenidades ok. Estrutura do hotel é mais antiga, ele fica bastante afastado do centro da cidade o que dificulta um pouco a estada. Lugar é silencioso e atendimento é bom.

Excellent!! Beautiful property and area! All the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly! Marcela and the kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly and so caring! The food was great and the hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the nature all around and the views of The Andes! The area is walkable and has safe access for bikes which was great to visit bodegas a bit further. We absolutely loved the days we spent there… 3 nights were not enough! Will recommend and will be back!

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel é lindo, super charmoso, bem cuidado e limpo. O quarto muito espaçoso, confortável e com a temperatura ideal para os dias de frio que enfrentamos. Staff extretamente amigável e atencioso. Restaurante do ótimo tem ótima relação custo x benefício. A comida é deliciosa e acompanhada por uma extensa e variada carta de vinhos. A região em volta do Villa Mansa também nos agradou, ficando próxima a algumas Bodegas (que podem ser visitidas a pé) e tambem de fácil acesso.

This place is run down. Period. When we arrived at the suite there was an issue with the fuse box vibrating loudly, they fixed the issue several hours later (after a long day of travel). We stayed in the suite but the bath was unusable because the jets were SO GROSS. Lots of nasty build up. There was a hairball on the floor of the bathroom we had to point out and ask for a better cleaning the next morning. The handle of the bathroom literally came off in our hands opening the door on our last day there. Not worth the price this is at best a 2 star hotel. we ordered plain pasta room service took 2 hours to arrive and was way way too salty to eat.

Bom hotel. Staff excelente. Os quartos são de ótimo tamanho e confortáveis, contudo, a limpeza deixa a desejar, prateleiras dos armários acumulavam poeira de meses. Travesseiros deveriam ser melhores. Produtos de toilette de boa qualidade. Café da manhã deveria ser melhor em quantidade e qualidade. Destaque atendimento da Carla na recepção.O restaurante é muito bom, vale a pena experimentar.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Mansa! The team there is extremely helpful and friendly and theres two really cute dogs on the property :) The only downside is that maybe the bathroom is a bit outdated but other than that everything was great.

This hotel is NOT a 4* property as advertised. Rooms are barren, air conditioning noise and noise from other rooms is disturbing, restaurant only offers (poor quality) set menu while advertising that you can eat a la carte. Very disappointing and misleading.

It was our first time in Mendoza and only had 2-days so we really wanted to focus on the wine country and relax, and Villa Mansa was perfect. Upon arrival you are greeted by the 2 most stunning Bernais Mountain Dogs (Alicia & her pup), and they're super friendly. Once inside the lobby the staff was great - got us checked in & gave us the lay of land quickly. Rooms are very spacious, with a large King bed and couch/day bed as well. We were on the ground floor so we had a lovely patio that opened out to the yard. The property is very removed from the city and nearby restaurants/shops, but the restaurant on property was perfect for our stay, and enjoyed their daily breakfast, a lunch and dinner there. They have a huge wine list as well that you can enjoy while lounging in the yard area or poolside. There is also a paved walking/bike trail right off of the property where we enjoyed morning & evening walks to walk past the surrounding vineyards. We're already trying to plan when we can go back during the summer months. Highly recommend this property!

Friendly service from the front desk, rooms were spacious and the property was well kept. We had dinner at the restaurant out of convenience and it was mediocre. Our flight was canceled due to the strike and we tried to get a courtesy refund for the first night but they did not grant it. A little bit of a bummer. Overall a good stay.

O hotel oferece um excelente custo benefício comparado a outras opções que vi em Mendoza. Apesar de não ser um hotel de fincas, está localizado em uma região cercada por excelentes vinícolas. O transporte por Uber é fácil para qualquer lugar, não sendo preciso alugar carro. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, com um excelente café da manhã. A equipe é muito gentil e disposta a ajudar.

This is the kind of place that you would recommend to your friends with a smile on your face. German, at reception was amazing, I had a horrible cold, and recommended us the clinic, and followed up with us every day offering tea and making sure I had everything I needed.

Excellent!! Beautiful property and area! All the staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly! Marcela and the kitchen staff were very attentive, friendly and so caring! The food was great and the hotel is so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the nature all around and the views of The Andes! The area is walkable and has safe access for bikes which was great to visit bodegas a bit further. We absolutely loved the days we spent there… 3 nights were not enough! Will recommend and will be back!

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel é lindo, super charmoso, bem cuidado e limpo. O quarto muito espaçoso, confortável e com a temperatura ideal para os dias de frio que enfrentamos. Staff extretamente amigável e atencioso. Restaurante do ótimo tem ótima relação custo x benefício. A comida é deliciosa e acompanhada por uma extensa e variada carta de vinhos. A região em volta do Villa Mansa também nos agradou, ficando próxima a algumas Bodegas (que podem ser visitidas a pé) e tambem de fácil acesso.

Selv om hotellet ligger litt utenfor er det ingen grunn til ikke å bo her. Området er stille og rolig, bassenget er nydelig, og maten er også veldig god. Vi opplevde at det var veldig ryddig og rent, personellet var veldig opptatt av å hjelpe det de kunne. Vi spiste middag på hotellet to ganger og var fornøyd. Frokosten er også bra, med en egen kokk som lager egg-retter på bestilling. Rommene var store og fine, og det er sol hele dagen for de som ønsker å få seg litt tan og bare slappe av.

Such a cutie hotel!!!! What an oasis once you are inside. Very far from everything but if you are looking to relax and enjoy the hotel and stay in then this is your place. We had tours pick us us for the wine excursions so there was no need to drive. City center is about 35-4in Uber ride. Very romantic hotel. Staff was so nice. The included breakfast was delicious.

Muy decepcionado por el hotel. Lo venden como un hotel 4 estrellas y la verdad no lo es. El precio de una habitación me parece extremadamente exagerado, me sentí estafado. He tenido la suerte de estar en varios países en hoteles de todo tipo, desde 2 ⭐⭐ hasta 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ y en ninguno he tenido cargos extras por pedir un omelette con cebolla y pimiento (desayuno incluído) a por cierto, tienes que esperar 30 minutos para que te sirvan tu omelette. Realmente no me afecta el cargo, me impresiona el hecho y la política del hotel hacia los clientes. Obviamente todos los clientes son extranjeros, me imagino esa es la razón de los precios elevados ridículamente. El desayuno no es de un hotel 4 estrellas, todos los jugos que servían eran artificiales. Por el precio que se paga por día, por lo menos deberían servir jugo de naranja natural. Digo todo esto como crítica constructiva, espero que esto llegue a ojos de quién pueda hacer algo por ofrecer un mejor servicio de alojamiento y que sea justo con el precio que se paga. El personal de servicio muy bueno, muy agradecido con ellos. Creo que el problemas es más administrativo y del propietario. Honestamente, no recomiendo hospedarse en este sitio, por la mitad de precio puedes conseguir mejor hotel con mejores servicios. Please run away from this place. Villa Mansa was excellent. They provided us with transportation to and from the airport. They’re a ways from city center so it was quiet and peaceful. The grounds were beautifully manicured, the pool was inviting, and it was nice to relax on the patio with a bottle of wine and charcuterie.

The room was spacious enough for three of us travelers and very clean and well set up. The staff was over the top gracious and considerate of all our needs and questions. Maria, the manager, was so warm and welcoming. Max, the chef, German at reception, and everyone else made our stay so special. Should I be fortunate to pass this way again, I would head straight for Hotel Villa Mansa for another wonderful stay!
