Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Leute waren freundlich ubd zuvorkommend. Eine wu dervolle Poolanalge. Teilweise gibg es ein wenig lange an der Bar und das Gym ist sehr veraltet. Dies müsste man komplett neu machen. Ansonsten wundervoll.

An interesting property with paths through the jungle and large family pool area. We especially liked the adults only pool area with views of the river and friendly bar service. Breakfast was good and this is a great place to stay before or after a visit to the falls.

This resort despite its rating fell short of our expectations. We appreciated that our room was dark and quiet. The front desk was helpful in arranging taxis for our ventures to the town of Iguazu and the falls. The downside: Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the natural area. It was damp and very musty smelling. Upon departure, black mold was discovered in one of the drawers. The mini fridge did not work. We told the front desk three times. Their response was “We know”. No effort was made to fix or replace it. The servers in the restaurants, particularly the breakfast and tiki bar were very unenthusiastic and almost seemed to make an effort to avoid serving their guests. Very few looked as if they were having a good day or enjoying their work. We were disappointed that this hotel did not provide drinking water outside of the 2 small bottles a day. A resort with ratings and prices like this one should at least include sufficient drinking water instead of overcharging.

Beautiful property in a rainforest setting. The first room we were given had an intermittent sewage smell, so we requested another room. They upgraded us to what looked like a honeymoon suite. It was very large with a large balcony and nicer bathroom. The property is showing its age and is need of some maintenance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wait staff were above average for Argentina.

What I liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, Pool area was lovely, Good location for getting to the Falls and the airport. I thought the food was good and no more expensive than other parts of Argentina. What I didn't like: Rooms have no soundproofing so could hear everything for the room upstairs, Gym was not very good. Overall though we had a nice stay. Would recommend booking a top floor room.

The place is amazing, quiet the rooms are great the problem we had was the room temperature was awful and we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, reception told us to open the windows to lower the temperature and we woke up freezing so we couldn’t sleep well… breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town.

Great hotel, Pools are beautiful, Food is excellent and service very professional. The hotel concierge Nahuel was very helpful in arranging for airport to hotel transportation along with other needs we had during our stay. Vicente the taxi driver that was arranged for us was also amazing and we arranged all of our transfers with him. Both are very knowledgeable and go out of their to help the guests!

Usansynlig sløv betjening i restauranterne. 5 tjenere stor og snakkede og var ikke til, komme i kontakt med. 5 borde flød men brugt service, ingen gjorde noget. Ingen kunne tale engelsk, selv ikke i reseptionen. Ringede du til receptionen og talte engelsk, smed de røret på. Henvendte du dig i receptionen gemte medarbejderne sig ude bagved!

Really nice how they integrated the hotel within its natural habitat. Beautiful pool and comfortable, with a friendly staff. Would strongly recommend if it wasnt for the food. Really subpar and disappointing for a higher end hotel. Luckily we found a very good restaurant in town called La Rueda..

The property was magnificent and the hotel and hospitality were fabulous! The restaurant, unfortunately, was not up to par with the rest of the experience: the food was OK but not great, there were multiple errors with the orders and also pricey. The daily breakfast buffet was free and delicious, but also as you'd expect at this category in Argentina.
