El hotel procura mantener sus instalaciones. El gimnasio nonestá habilitado. Del spa solo funciona la piscina climatizada con sus hidromasajes; no así el sauna, ducha escocesa, etc. En la sala de juegos encontrarán una mesa de pool incompleta (le faltan bolas), metegol y ping pong. Las instalaciones de canchas de varios deportes se veían bien aunque no las utilicé. La piscina central bien, el desayuno bufete aceptable. La habitación cómoda, amplia, sin lujos. El baño con mala ventilación. No sé si vale la pena contratar media pensión ya que poseen un bar de similares características con muy buenos precios. El personal excelente en todos los áreas.

El hotel es muy lindo, tal cual lo muestran! Todos muy amables, lo único malo es que la pileta climatizada es chica y siempre está llena, debería ser por turnos. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad y la cena tampcoo, bastante básico.

The property is good overall . It needs a little remodeling in my opinion. The rooms were spacious , jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing. The hotel had good amenities like a restaurant inside the property with good food, including vegetarian options , a spa with a good masseuse, mini golf, a good pool with slides , etc. However , the downside was that toilets and bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and was not pleasant . We had to leave our windows open so we could have some fresh air.

The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night.

El hotel NO ES 4 estrellas, falta mucho mantenimiento. Fuimos a este hotel x el.tema de la pileta climatizada, nunca funciono. Tambien porque decia juegos para niños, pero nuestra nena de 2 años se aburrio porque no tiene juegos, estan todos rotos. El desayuno siempre lo mismo. Medio pelo pero safa y cena siempre lo mismo,a veces frio. Lejos del centro, solo cerca de cataras y aeropuerto. El hotel safa solo x los empleados que son macanudos y re buena onda sino fuera x los empleados el seria pesima la estadia ya que es un hotel muy caro por los servicios que ofrecen.

Situated on large grounds the property is undergoing much needed renovation. The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. Need a taxi to anywhere. The pool needs to be cleaned. The breakfast was acceptable, dinner somehow limited in options. We found it a bit overpriced for the conditions

This is a terrible run down facility. The carpets, furniture, windows, tables are all dirty. Nothing works, not even the TV works properly. This is advertised as 5 star hotel but it is not even 1 star. The people that work there tomare nice but they all do many different task at the same time that can not do more. Pool is dirty and lacks chlorine. There are cats running in the dining room. There is no amount low enough you can pay to make this a decent value for your money

Excellent staff manners - they were really helpful and accommodating. Nice suite, very clean. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, great assortment of breakfast food. The dinner menu (extra $) is awesome. I ordered a steak dinner which was perfectly done (med rare) and large portions. All in All,, I recommend this hotel if you're touring the iguazu falls (AR side)

No me gustó nada, la chica de la recepción estaba súper borde con nosotros, la piscina muy sucia, los camareros del bar muy antipáticos. El hotel en sí es muy malo está en muy mal estado las puertas de las habitaciones destrozados el pasillo de la habitación sin luz tuvimos que ir a pedirle que nos enciendan la luz por qué no había ningún Interruptor a la vista. El desayuno horrible, en fin no recomendaría este hotel.

O hotel já foi um 5 estrels, porém deixou de ter as manutenções necessárias, apenas um elevador ligado, e o carpete dos corredores precisa de uma atenção especial. Os quartos são super amplos e bem limpos. O banheiro tem bom tamanho e uma louça antiga. A cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis. Staff atencioso e prestativo. Porém as horas perdidas para atravessar a aduana não me fariam voltar, cada ida e volta ao Brasil eram 3 horas nas filas. No primeiro dia, para entrar na Argentina ficamos 6 horas na fila.

Não se hospedem nesse hotel se é que pode ser chamado assim, compramos pelas fotos que vimos aqui não tem nada haver é muito sujo, velho e cheira mofo, para chegar no quarto o corredor parece mal assombrado cheio de portas arrebentada, não fechava a porta, as cortinas estavam caindo o travesseiro horrível, não tinha toalhas no quarto um dos quartos não havia telefone para fala com a recepção, coberta fediam,

While the property was clean it appears is if they have skipped updates and maintenance for the last 20years. Things are very out dated. Towel rack falling off in bathroom, safe in room hanging off wall about to fall off. The restaurant was sufficient but nothing over the top.

This is an old hotel showing signs of age, but comfortable and clean. The main issue was that the room didn't have hot water. I reported the problem, and I was told a maintenance person would take care, but nothing happened. Instead of changing room, which was the fast solution, we did not have hot water until the next day. The service in the cafeteria was too slow, even when they were not busy.

O hotel já foi um 5 estrels, porém deixou de ter as manutenções necessárias, apenas um elevador ligado, e o carpete dos corredores precisa de uma atenção especial. Porém as horas perdidas para atravessar a aduana não me fariam voltar, cada ida e volta ao Brasil eram 3 horas nas filas. No primeiro dia, para entrar na Argentina ficamos 6 horas na fila.

El hotel procura mantener sus instalaciones. El gimnasio nonestá habilitado. Del spa solo funciona la piscina climatizada con sus hidromasajes; no así el sauna, ducha escocesa, etc. En la sala de juegos encontrarán una mesa de pool incompleta (le faltan bolas), metegol y ping pong. Las instalaciones de canchas de varios deportes se veían bien aunque no las utilicé. La piscina central bien, el desayuno bufete aceptable. La habitación cómoda, amplia, sin lujos. El baño con mala ventilación. No sé si vale la pena contratar media pensión ya que poseen un bar de similares características con muy buenos precios. El personal excelente en todos los áreas.

This is an old hotel showing signs of age, but comfortable and clean. The main issue was that the room didn't have hot water. I reported the problem, and I was told a maintenance person would take care, but nothing happened. Instead of changing room, which was the fast solution, we did not have hot water until the next day. The service in the cafeteria was too slow, even when they were not busy.

Excellent staff manners - they were really helpful and accommodating. Nice suite, very clean. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, great assortment of breakfast food. The dinner menu (extra $) is awesome. I ordered a steak dinner which was perfectly done (med rare) and large portions. All in All,, I recommend this hotel if you're touring the iguazu falls (AR side)

No me gustó nada, la chica de la recepción estaba súper borde con nosotros, la piscina muy sucia, los camareros del bar muy antipáticos. El hotel en sí es muy malo está en muy mal estado las puertas de las habitaciones destrozados el pasillo de la habitación sin luz tuvimos que ir a pedirle que nos enciendan la luz por qué no había ningún Interruptor a la vista. El desayuno horrible, en fin no recomendaría este hotel.

Situated on large grounds the property is undergoing much needed renovation. The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. This is a terrible run down facility. The carpets, furniture, windows, tables are all dirty. Nothing works, not even the TV works properly. This is advertised as 5 star hotel but it is not even 1 star. The people that work there tomare nice but they all do many different task at the same time that can not do more. Pool is dirty and lacks chlorine. There are cats running in the dining room. There is no amount low enough you can pay to make this a decent value for your money

El hotel es muy lindo, tal cual lo muestran! Todos muy amables, lo único malo es que la pileta climatizada es chica y siempre está llena, debería ser por turnos. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad y la cena tampcoo, bastante básico.

The property is good overall . It needs a little remodeling in my opinion. The rooms were spacious , jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing. The hotel had good amenities like a restaurant inside the property with good food, including vegetarian options , a spa with a good masseuse, mini golf, a good pool with slides , etc. However , the downside was that toilets and bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and was not pleasant . We had to leave our windows open so we could have some fresh air.

Pobre relacion precio calidad, lo mejor el desayuno y la calidez de la gente, en general el hotel esta un poco descuidado. Se nota que en algun momento fue un hotel de primera categoria...Deberian reveer la tarifa. Igualmente la pasamos muy bien en Iguazu y sin duda volveriamos.. pero a otro hotel.

The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night.

First we came no electricity no towels TV doesn’t work and the telephone doesn’t work every time I have to go two story down to the front desk and tell them I didn’t have towels or electricity or telephone doesn’t work or AC doesn’t work. It wasn’t pleasant at all.
