Minha experiência foi excelente, ficamos apenas um dia. Aproveitamos a piscina e o bar, otimos drinks e a piscina grande. Hay albercas, canchas, juegos para niños etc. el hotel es un poco antiguo pero lo están remodelando así que va a quedar impecable. Sin duda regresaría nuevamente. There’s no way this hotel is 5 stars. It’s very outdated and hot. AC is not strong enough in common area. Our room had a great view , but the carpet gotta go. It’s filthy!!!! I’m glad we had slippers. The bathroom seems renovated, but the sink faucet only has hot water ! Pool was great. Buffer breakfast was a joke. All carbs and fruits. No egg station and will charge for especially coffee. There are Gnats on the display fruit which has a rotten eggplant in it. No one cares. I told a waiter he just shook his hands over them to fly away !!!! Very close to “ Rio Uruguay” the bus to airport or falls. Walking distance to city center and food. Make sure taxis don’t scam you!!! The hotel is going under renovation so hopefully will be a 5 star soon. But no way right now. No water station or coffee in common area.

The breakfast buffet was just ok but it was fast and included into the room price. The caiparinas and mojitos at the bar were strong. The room had great water pressure. The conditions of the room were notably good however the WiFi signal couldn’t pass through the thick wall so no Netflix or YouTube or any channels were available. The TV was just an ornament. We didn’t find that out until the night after we checked in so we just accepted it as we didn’t want to move to another room. They don’t have a concierge but they can arrange tours with a private driver.

This hotel deserve 3 stars at best. It was simply bad and in need of massive fixing. Everything was poor, from checkin, pool, restaurants and fitness room. E.g. Sitting in our room we clearly heard people talking in the hallway, not to mention getting woken up by the tv in the room next door … As well as going to the gym to learn that the treadmill was dead … Not something to be expected from a 5 (!?!) star hotel.

Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual no entran las manos ni siquiera para lavarse las manos. En cuanto a la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, muy atentos, simpáticos y serviciales. Relación precio calidad me pareció demasumiado caro, ya que estuve dias anteriores en otro hotel y me pareció de mucha mas calidad, habitaciones excelentes (2 camas individuales de 2 plazas, y en éste hotel de 1 plaza e incómodas) Alejandro García. We had a great experience here! We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in and run to the port for the last dinner cruise of the evening. The clerk kept our bags safe until late in the evening when we got back and checked-in. The rooms were great with amazing views of the 3 borders, breakfast had a great selection of food including local offerings and on check-out we were allowed an extra hour to get our things together because we were running late. Overall it has amazing views inside and out, even the views from the gym are impressive while you work out. We highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Puerto Iguazu.

Stay on the whole for a short work-related trip was fine, pool area attractive, open concept lobby and dining a plus, evening service in restaurant warm/friendly. My only real gripe would be the fact guests are unable to access an iron and ironing board. This was very inconvenient as I arrived late on a Monday and could not even iron a shirt post-travel for a meeting the following morning. While a laundry service is offered, it's pricing and delivery times are ludicrous by any standard. $25.000ARS and 24 to 36-hour wait time to iron a shirt, which I could do in my room in 5 minutes and might need early the following day for business meeting? $50.000ARS if I want same-day delivery? To iron a shirt that may only be worth $100.000ARS itself? This math is simply a non-starter for even the most affluent of guests. Guests should at least be able to access an iron and ironing board from Housekeeping in their room when they need something straightforward and timely like a shirt for the following morning. I ended up having to wear a less wrinkled polo shirt under a suit jacket for 2 days straight owing to a refusal on principle to pay such costs over and above my accommodation. I would stay here again but this is unfortunately an easily corrected irritant for some guests, which I expect would have no real bearing on the hotel's bottomline. All the best.

Great hotel with great service. The staff was very kind and I especially remember Julian that did an upgrade for us and not only an upgrade, but made sure that we will be able to stay an additional night when the hotel was fully booked and we had no where to go. I'll be back there FOR SURE.

Fpi excelente, muito bem atendido na recepção. Estavamos comemorando 10 anos de casados e nos deram um upgrade de quarto em função da nossa comemoracao. From Start to finish the stay was well managed.. Reception was especially amazing! I would love to have spent longer there. The only point i would make on the marketing ( maybe just me!!) is that I never realised it was on the Argentinian side - I am now extremely happy for the mistake as it is definitely the better side to experience the thunder of the water!!

We missed the first night because of a flight delayed tried to call to secure the room for early morning… nothing. Expedia did it for us but it was still hard to convince them that we had paid for the room and had a right to it. Once we managed that, everything else went extremely smoothly. They were polite, the room , pool and lobby were great and breakfast was pretty ok too.

Very nice hotel over the Iguazu river. It is at the "three borders" location monument in each country (Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay) are visible from the property. Local bus service from in front of property directly to Iguazu falls (18 miles).

Café da manhã péssimo. Não tinha café, ovos, bacon, presunto. Ficamos por mais de 40 minutos na sala do café esperando reposição e nada. Piscina com muito cloro, e toda fechada, sem condições de ficar dentro de um ambiente daquele. Faltou água enquanto o chuva estava em uso.
