Pousada casa da Colina

Ótima localização pousada bonita.Receptividade também, porém pra mim que sou alérgica o cheiro do ambiente do quarto e demais dependências deixou a desejar tinha cheiro de mofo e ou lugar fechado e como sou alérgica sinto a garganta tampar. O banheiro é limpo tolhas limpas . O café foi bem simples. Para uma estadia rápida ok .

Adoramos a pousada,com estacionamento incluso na diária, café da manhã maravilhoso e ainda uma lareira tornando o ambiente mais aconchegante. Cama maravilhosa,quarto limpo ,chuveiro quentinho... Pra completar a localização perfeita,pertinho da rua coberta. Super recomendo.

Gostei muito do ambiente

The location of the Pousada is very good. You can walk from the Pousada to the main points of Gramado . The staff are polite. Breakfast is ok, but the area is very small with only 4 tables. The bedroom I was in was under the first floor which I didn't know about and did not like it. The last day of our stay there was no water and we were not able to take a shower or brush our teeth. The receptionist told us it was a problem in the city, but I spoke to other people that were in another hotel nearby and they told me they had no problems with water. No one in the pousada told us anything about this problem until we asked why there was no water in the bedroom. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can get a better hotel or another pousada in the same area for the same price or cheaper.
