Handy location - very clean and modern. Small gym. nice staff Instant coffee at breakfast and stuffy bedroom

Parking facility is not convenient.

The rooms were large and very modern with updated amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious! We had a room with a balcony, and really enjoyed watching the ships coming in and out of the port. This hotel is an easy walking distance to Old Town Split and close to nice restaurants and shopping. It was convenient to have the option of parking our rental car in the hotel's lot closeby.

Pretty average room. Free bottle of wine was a nice touch. The fitness center was smaller than the pictures show, but they do have a sauna. The free breakfast was decent as well. I didn’t use the TV, but it was not working. Overall, good for a night, but disappointing for a longer stay.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel, their management doesn't care about guests at all. Even if you have VIP status across all booking channels, means nothing to them. There are many better options for the same or even cheaper price. As promised to the property and ourselves, leaving this review with sadness. We booked this property for 5 days, based on the reviews. We had fire ants in our room and notified them since day 1, after following up on the third day when we told them we would like to leave, they offered a better room which wasn't our main issue. The gym has only 2 machines, the elevator was dropped from 4th, to 3rd floor when my partner was in it. we notified them, left for music festival, came back at 4 am and the ONLY 1 elevator they had was down, so we had to take stairs. The shower was clogged for 1 full day, we had to clean the hair with our hands. (Just all in 1 body,hair wash) Also, the breakfast was horrible! We asked to talk to a manager and never were able to get in touch, our 5 days trip was booked through Expedia, Amex, and Chase travel separately, they ALL tried calling the property after our complains but the phone system was down so they were not even able to get in touch with a 4 STAR hotel. And not to forget, we were paying more than $400 on average per night. They refuse to give us a refund until this day because they claim they offered us an upgrade! On the third day? After being bitten by ants for 3 days what is that going to do?

Perfect hotel in Split. Loved the location, very walkable. Parking available in lot behind hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Its close to the pier and related activities but Hotel Luxe is on a busy street. If you're driving to Split, very difficult to get to this place, park your car, drive around, etc. Best to avoid driving. Split is a very congested city, compared to Dubrovnik. Overall hotel is good but can't say the same about the surrounding area.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel...it is in an excellent location with gorgeous views but the staff are not interested and lots of things don't work. Our Aircon was broken as was the safe. We reported both on our first day (we were there for a week) and neither was fixed. The staff do not acknowledge you when you walk past the reception desk...the jacuzzi was broken...breakfast was ok but quite limited and not refstocked well. There is no bar despite it saying so on the website and there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The "minibar" consisted of an old empty fridge. If the cleaners came to your room while you were there they did not return so your room was not cleaned. We had to ask twice for more toilet paper and on the last night we resorted to using tissues (which we had to buy as there were none on the room) as we had run out. We have stayed in a few hotels and this really was ok and the location was brilliant...but it is NOT 4 star and they really could do with some more of the finishing touches so you feel looked after.

Hôtel très proche de la vieille ville de Split (à peine 7 8 minutes à pied). C'est bien agencé et la vue est belle. Plusieurs catégories de chambre avec balcon, vue mer etc. La salle de bain est spacieuse et agréable. La literie est tres bonne. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec une proposition de sucré et salé et des spécialités. Un parking avec quelques places est à quelques mètres de l'hôtel. Une petite salle de sport et un spa avec jacuzzi et sauna sont disponibles.

Everything was perfect. Above all staff very kind and friendly. Lobby, elevator, halls, room, bathroom were all perfectly clean and neat. Food for breakfast was excellent and well served as good in big 5-star hotels. Location very good: close to port and Dioklecijan Palace. Price very reasonable for all you get. Highly recommned.

Tidy room

Clean friendly hotel conveniently situated near the old palace, but not in the pedestrian zone, so easier dropoffs. Also, super convenient to the ferry terminal.

The staff were helpful and accomodating. The only thing is even when I put tag on door , housecleaning came in even if it wasn't needed. Room was clean, and so close to Beach, Split Riva, Palace and all excursions. Breakfast was great as well. Only thing was their was a sewage smell in bathroom but that has been my experience with such old buildings in Europe. I would stay here again though just for convenience and staff.

The hotel is very modern, clean and chic. My room was very clean, spacious, and felt luxurious. I enjoyed the amenities in the room very much. The ocean views from my room were perfect. The staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast. Easy walk to the shore and plenty of things to do.

Love when hotel staff makes thinks right. Upon check in our room/whole floor had broken AC and it was quite warm. The staff moved us to another floor immediately. Ok, it was on the top floor with an amazing view but the AC was working. The upgrade was not wasted on us! Well done.

Close to the riva, palace, and beach. Very helpful staff. However, rooms were hot and humid and the cot that my daughter slept on was barely padded. The staff did bring a fan for the room. Parking was just a few mins walk from the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel was very clean, as was our room and the jacuzzi area. We were impressed with the breakfast buffet; it had an extensive selection of hot and cold foods, and everything was fresh and delicious. There was everything from croissants to anchovies, to dried fruits and nuts, to bacon and mini frankfurters. Especially tasty were the local cheeses and little baked goods, which were very more-ish! The catering staff were friendly and kept the area meticulously clean. They made sure that everything was kept topped up. My only disappointment was with the small balcony area outside our room which had the uninspiring view of an air conditioning unit! Having said that, we’d booked a standard double room, so were aware that there would be no sea view. My advice would be to ask for a room on the second or third floors to avoid this little disappointment. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Luxe. Lovely large modern room with very comfy bed, Staff were very welcoming and helpful and responsive to our needs. The hotel is nice and quiet but superbly located in Split. Nothing is more than a short walk away. I have seen some reviews saying the breakfast was disappointing but we thought it was great. Yes small breakfast area but everything you could want and more, lovely yogurts, fresh juice, fresh cheeses meats and smoked salmon. Fresh fruit, nuts, figs, dried fruits, granola, Scrambled eggs and local sausages. Delicious!

Absolutely horrendous reception experience. From the moment we arrived at Boutique Hotel Luxe in Split, we were greeted by Yuri at the front desk with an attitude that was nothing short of dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of a welcoming check-in, his tone was curt and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome right away. For a hotel that markets itself as “boutique” and “luxury,” this level of service is unacceptable. The disappointment continued with the room. Far from boutique or stylish, it was small, furnished with basic pieces, and not tastefully decorated. The bed was uncomfortable, adding to the frustration of an already sour experience. Nothing about the space suggested comfort, charm, or value for the price charged. Overall, Boutique Hotel Luxe failed to deliver on its promises at every level. With rude and unprofessional reception, led by Yuri, and below-average rooms, this hotel is best avoided. Split has far better options where guests are treated with respect and offered real comfort.

Amazing front desk , stayed one night. Before flight back to states in the am . Even packed us a breakfast lunch on our way out , and organized transport .

Fantastic location, nice walkable area but not too close such that you hear all the noise. It was a perfect distance (2-3min walk) to the main port area of Split. The only issue we had was the shower drain smelled, and it took a day or so for us to figure it out and ensure we closed it after showering so that the room didnt smell like rotten eggs. Aside from that, good room, a bit small but probably on par with other hotels in the area.

The property was clean but no bar restaurant as advertised. In the evenings the staff would not even provide cutlery for food the we brought back There was no service on the TV. Breakfast very limited, not condiments for toast. This was definitely not. 4 star hotel and the advertised facilities need to be updated as incorrectly offering facilities they do not provide. It unfortunately made our last 2 nights in Split very disappointing. I would like some sort of refund

Fabulous location, 2 minutes walk to the waterfront and old town. secure parking is not far from the hotel and the staff will help with your luggage. Very helpful staff at the front desk and at breakfast. I think it would have to be one of the nicest and varied breakfast that we have enjoyed so n our 5 week tour

The hotel location is excellent, few minutes walk to the old city, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and airport shuttle Staff, they were ALL amazing, specifically Olga who helped me to upgrade my room with no charge when she saw that my original room wasn't functioning well. Also, Yurii at the reception, very cheerful, helpful, and polite . Restaurant, was very good,varieties were good enough to start the day.. i want to thank Edwardo at the restaurant he was extremely kind and helpful Thanks everyone for your hospitality Emad

Lovely hotel near Old Town and ferries. Modern and well appointed interiors with wonderful views. Great breakfast!
