Tilton Lodge Inn and Suites

No amenities. Only 1 closet hanger. No water, no vending machines. Noisy back entrance near my room constantly slamming due to absence of spring restraints. Rain water pouring down onto head and bags from leaky gutters over entrance. Door frame and threshold rotting and moldy from water damage. Evidence of water leak damage in hallway ceilings. Dirty carpeting throughout corridors and stairways. Extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink and shower. Rust and mineral stains on shower heads. Ironing board fabric cover covered with stains and sticky substance (couldn't use). Property and building appears poorly maintained and structurally weak in places.

Room reeked of cigarettes, ceiling fan broken, felt gross

So sad to see the disrepair of a once lovely motel while the owners live in a million dollar castle. I'm old enough to remember when it was the Winnisquam House.

Room was old and dirty actually the entire building is old smelled and rooms are small bed was not comfortable I didn't feel safe at all. People were outside my room window all night being loud any throwing things at the building . I wouldn't recommend staying there and I'll not stay again the staff at the front desk was rude as well not a pleasant place to stay for $100 plus a night
