Fantastic location - beautiful sunset view right from the room or from the hot tub! Breakfast on the terrace each morning. What is not to love about this place! Market is right across the street for late night snack or anything you may need for your stay - we stopped at the market many times.

Absolutely perfect stay, nothing to much for Greg a the staff, breakfast was fantastic, can not fault the property, amazing views, beautiful room and balcony with hot tub 👌 we will return for sure 🇬🇷

The hotel is top notch. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We have the honeymoon suite with jetted hot tub and I like the privacy. I also like the area where it's located as I like a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Room is spacious, stylish and clean. The breakfast is very good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little hotel with absolutely stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, in a fantastic location on Santorini. We loved everything about Villa Lukas. Our room was immaculate and modern, we enjoyed our private hot tub, and breakfast was great each morning. One of the things that's tough to tell when you book a hotel in Santorini is whether you're directly on the main walking path or more secluded. (IMHO, you do *not* want your room to face right onto the walking path.) Villa Lukas is one level down from the main road and one level up from the pedestrian path, so it's super quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Loved it!

A wonderful place! We got a suite with hot tab outside with amazing view of the caldera. The room was spacious and cozy with dining area, living room area and a bedroom only for two of us and our stay was very comfortable. The host, Greg, was super helpful with any questions and always available to meet us within several minutes! Our delicious breakfast was punctually served daily at a requested time, and the room was cleaned perfectly. We will definitely go back to Villa Lukas whenever we go to Santorini!

Villa Lukas was a dream stay for our time in Santorini. Greg is so incredibly warm and helpful, nothing was too much hassle. Breakfast in the morning is great and we had an amazing view and spa! Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing! The views cannot be beat! The room is gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and super clean. We spent each evening watching the sunset while soaking in our outdoor private pool. The breakfasts were delicious. And the last morning we had to leave very early for our flight, so they made us food the night before to take with us. Very kind, just like the staff. It was a luxurious stay and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.

We travelled with two young kids aged 7 and 4 years old and enjoyed a truly memorable stay here. The customer care, communication and attention to detail from booking to departure was exceptional. Greg and his whole team should be proud of their establishment. The property itself was located in a lovely quiet area of Imerovigli with truly stunning views of the sea and caldera. It was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. We stayed in the two bedroom villa so the kids had their own space and the jet pool was a lovely bonus. Getting into Fira (the capital) was a short (15-20min) bus ride and when we needed to go further into areas of the island such as Oia, Perissa, Perivolos etc, taxi’s were booked for us without any fuss. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought to us every morning at the selected times. This meant that we did not have to worry about that. There was a small supermarket across from the Villa which meant that any additional items we wanted for ourselves was easily accessible. There were lots of other restaurants scattered across Imerovigli so lots of choices were available. We did enjoy an exceptional meal at the Five Senses restaurant. We were also provided by Greg with the opportunity to order in when we didn’t fancy going out. If you want to stay in a beautifully presented property close to amenities and suitable for kids, with all the luxuries of a 5 star property, then stop scrolling and book! God willing we will be back again!

Amazing stay at Villa Lukas. I can’t recommend this place more! The stay was beautiful with a view of the caldera and an amazing jacuzzi. The staff was amazing as well making sure we were always comfortable and happy. They also served breakfast every morning and it was to die for. Several options and all were delicious. If we had any questions the host Gregory would be more than thrilled to help you. He assisted us with several forms of transportation throughout the island. Location of the villa I believe to be amazing. In a smaller quieter village with access to the larger villages either via walking, bus, taxi, or quad. Several things to do around the area too. Overall amazing stay, I’ll be sending all of my friends and family here!

It was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Our room had a fantastic view of the sunset, volcano and Aegean Sea. The service was exceptional, including a made to order breakfast delivered to the room. So much value for the price. Close to top-rated restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a plunge pool on the side of a cliff which was clean and affordable in comparison to other hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. I’m very cost-conscious when planning vacations and probably looked at 20+ hotels. The great reviews were spot-on. Caution you will need to climb up and down steps so not ideal for the mobility challenged.

We are still reeling … this place is an absolutely dream! We didn’t want to leave the villa because it had the absolute best views. We curled up on the day bed on our patio or sat in the spa and watched the ethereal Santorini sunset every evening. The villa was perfectly designed, spacious, clean, and magical. 10/10 on the luxury villa suite!

The room was lovely and the furnishings very comfortable. The service too was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had some difficulty figuring out the shower controls, but that was not the fault of the accommodation. Srprisingly, the TV did not seem able to receive any English-speaking channels, though frankly we had seen enough UK news lately so did not mind a couple of days off, TV-wise. The decor and overall look is very lovely, in a "designer" sort of way, though one practical improvement would be the installation of a proper handrail down all the steps, which is the only way to access the roms. This year my mobility has gone downhill quite fast, so any support when literally going downhill (or up) is always appreciated.

The room was lovely and the furnishings very comfortable. The service too was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had some difficulty figuring out the shower controls, but that was not the fault of the accommodation. This hotel was amazing in every aspect. Panos personally ensures that everything including transfers, baggage and breakfast are amazing. The view was breathtaking and personalized breakfast is served daily at the time of your choice on your balcony. Several higher end and inexpensive dinner options are within a few minutes walk, including a 24 hour variety store and 24 hour restaurant. Well connected on the route to Fira (walkable via the trail) in 15 minutes and Oia. Clean and quiet. There are only a few stairs to the room. Note that the hot-tub room with view with balcony is not private people are walking past your room. We loved our stay.

The hotel is top notch. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We have the honeymoon suite with jetted hot tub and I like the privacy. I also like the area where it's located as I like a quiet place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Room is spacious, stylish and clean. The breakfast is very good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful place! We got a suite with hot tab outside with amazing view of the caldera. The room was spacious and cozy with dining area, living room area and a bedroom only for two of us and our stay was very comfortable. The host, Greg, was super helpful with any questions and always available to meet us within several minutes! Our delicious breakfast was punctually served daily at a requested time, and the room was cleaned perfectly. We will definitely go back to Villa Lukas whenever we go to Santorini!

This place is amazing! The views cannot be beat! The room is gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and super clean. We spent each evening watching the sunset while soaking in our outdoor private pool. The breakfasts were delicious. And the last morning we had to leave very early for our flight, so they made us food the night before to take with us. Very kind, just like the staff. It was a luxurious stay and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.

It was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Our room had a fantastic view of the sunset, volcano and Aegean Sea. The service was exceptional, including a made to order breakfast delivered to the room. So much value for the price. Close to top-rated restaurants. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a plunge pool on the side of a cliff which was clean and affordable in comparison to other hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. I’m very cost-conscious when planning vacations and probably looked at 20+ hotels. The great reviews were spot-on. Caution you will need to climb up and down steps so not ideal for the mobility challenged.

The customer service at Villa Lukas was first-rate. Gregory was exceptional in welcoming us, arranging transportation for us transportation to and from the airport, getting our laundry done amazingly fast once we arrived, etc. The view from our room was unbelievable. Imerovigli is a great place to stay in Santorini.

The most peaceful and beautiful property. Kicked off our honeymoon in pure bliss with these sunsets. The breakfast was amazing and Greg was always so quick to assist with the transfer bookings - he even helped us secure a restaurant reservation via phone. Thank you Greg and Villa Lukas team!

Villa Lukas was a dream stay for our time in Santorini. Greg is so incredibly warm and helpful, nothing was too much hassle. Breakfast in the morning is great and we had an amazing view and spa! Would highly recommend!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Villa Lukas. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were really nice and the view, especially during sunset, was amazing! We had breakfast brought to our room whenever we could and they were very generous portions and very delicious! The location was great, with restaurants and small markets around the area and there was also a bus stop nearby if we wanted to take the bus to Fira. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we liked. We would love to come back again someday!

We travelled with two young kids aged 7 and 4 years old and enjoyed a truly memorable stay here. The customer care, communication and attention to detail from booking to departure was exceptional. Greg and his whole team should be proud of their establishment. The property itself was located in a lovely quiet area of Imerovigli with truly stunning views of the sea and caldera. It was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. We stayed in the two bedroom villa so the kids had their own space and the jet pool was a lovely bonus. Getting into Fira (the capital) was a short (15-20min) bus ride and when we needed to go further into areas of the island such as Oia, Perissa, Perivolos etc, taxi’s were booked for us without any fuss. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought to us every morning at the selected times. This meant that we did not have to worry about that. There was a small supermarket across from the Villa which meant that any additional items we wanted for ourselves was easily accessible. There were lots of other restaurants scattered across Imerovigli so lots of choices were available. We did enjoy an exceptional meal at the Five Senses restaurant. We were also provided by Greg with the opportunity to order in when we didn’t fancy going out. If you want to stay in a beautifully presented property close to amenities and suitable for kids, with all the luxuries of a 5 star property, then stop scrolling and book! God willing we will be back again!

Amazing stay at Villa Lukas. I can’t recommend this place more! The stay was beautiful with a view of the caldera and an amazing jacuzzi. The staff was amazing as well making sure we were always comfortable and happy. They also served breakfast every morning and it was to die for. Several options and all were delicious. If we had any questions the host Gregory would be more than thrilled to help you. He assisted us with several forms of transportation throughout the island. Location of the villa I believe to be amazing. In a smaller quieter village with access to the larger villages either via walking, bus, taxi, or quad. Several things to do around the area too. Overall amazing stay, I’ll be sending all of my friends and family here!

Imerovigili was our favorite area after exploring the rest of the island - a beautiful area with fantastic views, wonderful restaurants / bars, and much less of a crowd. This hotel is in a great spot right by a market, atm and numerous restaurants. Our favorite sunset view was from our balcony, and the jetted tub at night was a nice perk.

We loved staying at Villa Lukas and decided it was in one of the best areas to stay in on Santorini. We had a beautiful view of the sunset every night, and the area was quiet while being very close to the more populated parts of the island. The staff was great and made our stay wonderful.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Villa Lukas. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were really nice and the view, especially during sunset, was amazing! We had breakfast brought to our room whenever we could and they were very generous portions and very delicious! The location was great, with restaurants and small markets around the area and there was also a bus stop nearby if we wanted to take the bus to Fira. It is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which we liked. We would love to come back again someday!

This place is amazing! The views cannot be beat! The room is gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and super clean. We spent each evening watching the sunset while soaking in our outdoor private pool. The breakfasts were delicious. And the last morning we had to leave very early for our flight, so they made us food the night before to take with us. Very kind, just like the staff. It was a luxurious stay and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay again.

We travelled with two young kids aged 7 and 4 years old and enjoyed a truly memorable stay here. The customer care, communication and attention to detail from booking to departure was exceptional. Greg and his whole team should be proud of their establishment. The property itself was located in a lovely quiet area of Imerovigli with truly stunning views of the sea and caldera. It was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. We stayed in the two bedroom villa so the kids had their own space and the jet pool was a lovely bonus. Getting into Fira (the capital) was a short (15-20min) bus ride and when we needed to go further into areas of the island such as Oia, Perissa, Perivolos etc, taxi’s were booked for us without any fuss. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and brought to us every morning at the selected times. This meant that we did not have to worry about that. There was a small supermarket across from the Villa which meant that any additional items we wanted for ourselves was easily accessible. There were lots of other restaurants scattered across Imerovigli so lots of choices were available. We did enjoy an exceptional meal at the Five Senses restaurant. We were also provided by Greg with the opportunity to order in when we didn’t fancy going out. If you want to stay in a beautifully presented property close to amenities and suitable for kids, with all the luxuries of a 5 star property, then stop scrolling and book! God willing we will be back again!

Amazing stay at Villa Lukas. I can’t recommend this place more! The stay was beautiful with a view of the caldera and an amazing jacuzzi. The staff was amazing as well making sure we were always comfortable and happy. They also served breakfast every morning and it was to die for. Several options and all were delicious. If we had any questions the host Gregory would be more than thrilled to help you. He assisted us with several forms of transportation throughout the island. Location of the villa I believe to be amazing. In a smaller quieter village with access to the larger villages either via walking, bus, taxi, or quad. Several things to do around the area too. Overall amazing stay, I’ll be sending all of my friends and family here!

Was recommended to me by a friend. Now I’ll be recommending it to more!! Fantastic stay from start to finish. Amazing caldera views, large room and you just can’t beat the porch with hot tub. Panos was so attentive to every request. Wonderful big breakfast made by Claude and served on the balcony. Love this area of Santorini. Quieter and fantastic views without a ton of steps just to go back and forth to your room. Easy to get to Fira or Oia. Would absolutely stay here again. Across the street is a market open late when you need to resupply on snacks, beverages or you left your phone charger in last hotel. Avocado was a go to for lunch. Right on the trail from Fira to Oia as well.

We had an amazing stay in a Deluxe Suite with outdoor heated jacuzzi for our honeymoon at Lukas. From the beginning, the staff was so responsive and helpful. We ran into a massive flight delay, and Panos and Dimitris seamlessly arranged everything so we were picked up at the airport and able to check-in well past midnight. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The terrace was actually very private—a rarity in Santorini! The homemade breakfast delivered to the room daily was delicious (we’re still talking about the cheese pie), and the view is spectacular. The hot tub ended up being the perfect temperature to relax in after a long day (not super hot, but warm). Finally, the staff was so helpful. It was so easy to text them via WhatsApp with questions about car transfers, itineraries, breakfast, anything at all. I would recommend Lukas without reservation and hope to make it back someday!

Before you book!!! This stay is a five-star experience! I came here with my wife on our island-hopping honeymoon, and this was by far the best stay. Panos and his team were wonderful hosts and are the best example of Greek hospitality. Panos remained in contact with us our entire stay always ready to assist with any need or question we had. Helped us book restaurant reservations and a rental car. Our suite was spectacular. The view is absolutely worth it. The breakfast options were delicious and filling. The room was pristine. Located in Imerovigli, this suite is the perfect balance of privacy and exploration, being in between Oia and Fira. This town is the best to stay in for a quieter stay within tourist-filled Santorini. Handful of restaurants within a five-minute walk. There is a market across the street. The wifi is fast. I recommend planning an afternoon/ evening to just enjoy the suite and watch the sunset from the hot tub. My singular complaint is that the hot tub does not run hotter, but you won’t need it any warmer during the summer— because we had some windy morning and evenings having stayed in May. I would definitely book again!
