Very good , quiet, ( only our room was bit noisy , some water pump was working loudly in nights!!) good Massage in SPA! Just one , but big issue…. We like swimming !!! On fotos You can see nice beach—)) but there’s very shallow, and sticky, even if water coming it’s not swim able-((( It’s foto from my room-)))

Lite mysigt hotell i härlig omgivning. Personalen va mycket trevlig arr service minded. Stranden som hotellet låg vid va inte badvänlig pga sumpig botten. Men den va ok att ligga o sola vid. Rummet vi bodde i va fint men det va bara sovrummet som hade ac. Frukost som ingick va kanon, beställdes från menu och utbudet va bra. Poolområdet va lagom för hotellet och det va lugnt o sjönt kring poolen med dennfina utsikten mot havet. Vi tog en bolt varje dag för att åka till Kata beach tog ca 1520 min kostade mellan 220-400 bath beroende oå tillgänglighet och tid. Det fanns inte jätte mycket restauranger nära hotellet utan det va antingen vid rwai pier eller vid kata som hade bäst utbud. Middagen på hotellet va ok, lite smaklös även om man beställde spicy.

Beautiful yoga shala & great classes. Small pool. Directly on beach but really muddy low tide and not much walkable options. However, good food & nice staff so didn’t need to go far. Outdoor shower was cute but the AC poor, bed was not comfortable, and room didn’t have windows.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist schön...das Meer ist türkis. Der Strand ist leider nicht besonders gut gepflegt - Scherben lagen herum - unbedingt Schuhe anziehen! Aber sehr schön zum Anschauen 😉 wir haben die meiste Zeit am Pool verbracht. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht! Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage!

It is down a very quiet street and has beach & pool access. Staff was good. Love all the cats! Not really walkable to much, but a short Bolt ride.

Fantastisk lille hyggeligt hotel ud til havet. Dejlig pool, dejlig restaurant og venligt personale. Vi havde 4 overnatninger i december 2024 og kunne sagtens have blevet der i længere tid. Rigtig dejlig dejlig oplevelse for 2 voksne og 2 børn på 2 og 3.

Really good resort for the price. Our room was pretty big and was equipped with everything you could need (big fridge, microwave, water cooker, smart tv, locker). The staff was always very helpful and polite. The pool is amazing, which is nice because you cant really swim in the sea because the water is really shallow for a long distance from the shore. The view from the resort across the sea is also really nice. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing too (free main dish, juice and coffee for breakfast). The only downside of staying here is the distance to Phuket town or other tourist places, but that’s something you know before you book so its not really a problem. All in all we can only recommend the resort and will definitely come back if we can!

Loved the hotel. We had a suite that was on the beach. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise. One night the hotel did a Thanksgiving dinner. We are from the US so we really enjoyed it. The location is a little off the beaten path (the west coast) but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have a very nice pool area that is a step away from the beach.

The hotel was lovely, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. I had a beach front room which was lovely but on arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working and as I arrived in the evening there was no one who could get it working. The staff arranged another room for me and gave me a complimentary Massge but it was disappointing. The beach here is not a swimming beach and it was well away from rawai so not much to do apart from hang out at the pool and use the health spa

Very beautiful property right on the ocean. Clean with tonnes of food options. Food service/waiters were a little slow and didn't tend to us much but other than that wonderful. Did not use the spa. 4 of us and they only had 1 key for the first 2 days. They finally got a second for us

This is a nice hotel in Phuket’s south with a beautiful beach view. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the evening live music by the pool. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. However, there was no WIFI connection in our room, and the amenities were quite dated. The shower was comprised of a shower head sticking out of the wall, our safe didn’t work, the bathroom lighting was very poor, and finally there was a strange stale smell when we first checked in. This hotel was in a relatively quiet pocket of Phuket, however, it was at least a 40 minute drive to reach any notable destination. Which I wish we fully considered before booking.

Great stay!! We spent 10 days here and loved every minute of it. The grounds are peaceful and clean. The resort is located right on the beach and there’s plenty of space to find a peaceful spot. The food from the restaurant was great. The breakfast included was almost served fresh and hot. The service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, they’ll always try their best to help with any of your need.

We walked in and walked back out, as the property was unclean and potentially unsafe. Dust, stained sheets and stained walls. Nothing like advertised. Spa? Joke. We contacted Expedia straight away and told them we were leaving and were promised that we would be contacted the next day via email as they were unable to contact the hotel that night. We booked accommodation as a consequence of being told that we should. We were not emailed and the hotel was not contacted. We went back to check six days later to be told there had been no contact. We have made a formal complaint with Expedia. We were left without accommodation that night until we found one of the very few hotels (our family had to stay in two different rooms in different blocks with in the hotel for one night before finding a wonderful place called Rawai VIP Villas (staff were great and good value for families with children - would highly recommend). Our children did not eat until midnight and even then all I could find was microwave pizza. We were so lucky. Instead of losing only one day we could have lost half our holiday (after travelling from Krabi - which again was lovely and good value for money). For the short while we were there we had to get an engineer to check air con due to smell and a towel being wrapped around a joint on it, only to be told that it was a wet moulding towel causing the smell. Doesn't that say it all?

Séjour agréable pour une nuit seulement. Personnel pas tous très agréable. Confort moyen et propreté correct. Petit déjeuner moyen et peu de choix et pas de grande qualité. Piscine agréable.

Struttura molto bella e pulita , il personale è disponibile ma sappiate che non si può fare il bagno in mare . Presente quasi sempre la bassa marea e fondale ovviamente melmoso.

Fantastic hotel which have a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely ocean views. Nice and friendly service. Room are really nice, only point is the shower, which is basic, but it is working perfectly

Great room, very basic so if you plan on spending lots of time in the room maybe upgrade the room. Great for what we needed and would stay again.

Fairly unprofessional staff that took our money for airport cab reservation but never reserved the cab. We had to rush last minute to get to airport and also still waiting receive refund of my cab money that hotel front desk staff took

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schön. Der Strand ist nicht zum baden, aber mit dem Moped ist man schnell an den nächsten Stränden. Man ist eher etwas „ab vom Schuss“, dafür lernt man aber schöne lokale Ecken kennen. Auf der Straße nach Phuket gibt es auch einen Night Market mit tollem Essen.

Dejligt sted med gode værelser. Vi havde en lejlighed lige ud til poolen. Stranden er ikke god, så vi brugte poolen. Vi så ikke ret mange bruge stranden. Omkring hotellet er der ikke noget at lave, men det var let at få en taxi med Bolt app’en og så var man hurtigt på tur.

This property is in a stunning location on the beach just outside Rawai. We did not have transport and that was an issue as the property was on an extremely busy road and miles from anywhere in every direction. After the first night attempting to walk to Rawai unsuccessfully we used taxis throughout, some turned up some didn’t as the place is out of the way a little. With transport I’m sure this would not have been a problem. The pool, beach, bar and staff were great. The standard room that we chose was not so good as described in previous customer reviews. I’ve stayed at remote locations before and there has always been a curtesy bus service to the local town, I think this would go down well if introduced ( just add it to the cost of the room). I’ve given 3 due to the above as we did like the resort overall. I hope the comments are taken in the spirit intended as I think a few tweaks will make significant difference to the overall experience.

We had a great time! Room was large and perfect for us and 3 kids. Pool and seating areas were plentiful and great location. Food was great!! Everything we wanted was here, perfect for relaxing. We will definitely come back again! -Tiffany USA
